Sylvana really took care of me. After having left a job with another tailor who bailed on the work two days after I left the uniform with them she really stepped up. She got my uniform done ahead of schedule, was pleasant and truly professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Completely unprofessional. If you wish to be personally insulted and bullied, this is the place for you. The owner not only appears to believe a customer doesn’t have the right to have his or her opinion of how he or she would like a garment to fit, she believes she has the right to throw insults as she pleases. When I mentioned I’ve been to a few weddings lately with my boyfriend, she commented that I reminded her of that movie where a woman is “always a bridesmaid, never a bride.” She’s told me that my hair color makes me look “immature and unintelligent, you need to change it.” And I stood there for an additional hour (not having any tailoring done) having to listen to her political commentary. She even refused to alter a dress that was clearly a size too big (that was the whole reason why I brought it in) because she believed the bra I was wearing wasn’t good enough. When I went somewhere else, no issue getting it altered.

I used Sylvana for 10+ years when I lived in Cheshire and she consistently did excellent work in a timely fashion. She has a good eye for fit and is very personable. After frequenting her shop for so long I cannot say she is "unprofessional", just spunky in a way that not every gets. Use Tailoring Plus!

Really excellent work at a fair price. After I lost *a lot* of weight, George not only made my favorite pants fit again, but he made them fit *exactly* the way I wanted them to. Fast turnaround, friendly service, and a great price. Highly recommended.

Syvanna is great tailor. The thing I the most is that she is honest and will not alter something if the end result will look less than perfect.

Her work is very good but way overpriced. She is also very unprofessional. You have to sit through personal phone calls or wait for her to come back to the office because she is visiting a neighboring business. It would be better if she scheduled appointments and had a schedule so you do not have to sit around and wait.
