This is the best dry cleaning I had ever been to. I had tried so many right here in CT, but they wasn’t great. But I strongly recommend superior cleaner right here in Fairfield CT, prices is right . I heard this store is under a new management so I gave a try to see how they handle . I brought my white silk blouse with some stains and discolored which I doubted it might not come out. WOW. I am so excited. The stains have gone completely, clean as a new, and white as the same original white. Love it..I finally find my ultimate cleaner . Thank you Jeff for the great job.

I recently heard that the cleaners was under new management, so I figured I would give them a chance. I stopped by the store to find the new owners on-site over-seeing the cleaning and the customer service. Very polite and friendly!! The store definitely had a much better atmosphere. Would recommend giving them another shot, now that the new management is there!!

I took three pairs of jeans here to be hemmed. I didn't have any misgivings because I used to take things here all the time when I was in high school and I never had an issue. I paid for all three pairs to have an 'original hem' done ($72 total). I was shocked to discover when I got home that only one pair (ironically the cheapest pair....) had been correctly hemmed. The other two pairs, which cost in excess of $150 each, were butchered. Not only did they not do an original hem, the seams aren't even straight! One of the benefits of an original hem, besides the appearance, is that it ensures that the ankle is the correct width. Not so here! Because they didn't use the original hem the pants flair out at the ankle. Truly looks awful! I'm wondering if an experienced professional hemmed one pair and then maybe a novice did the other two.... I'm going in first thing on Monday and I hope they do the right thing and refund me the cost of the jeans.

I’ve been attending this dry cleaner for over ten years coming every week to pick up and drop off dry cleaning from work. They recently changed owners and now they provide horrible service. They ruined six expensive dress shirt with a hole all on the same left side sleeve. There is a very rude Asian man at the front counter who always claims the shirts are old and that’s why there is a hole. I’ve NEVER had this issue before and all shirts were less than a year old. The six shirts were ruined in a very short period of time. I’ve also overheard other customers complain about clothes missing while picking up my dry cleaning. Unfortunately after over ten years of doing business with this cleaner I will no longer bring clothes there. Stay away from this dry cleaner unless you want to have poor service and a chance of your clothes getting damaged.

Great customer service! They accommodated me in a difficult situation for me twice add were nice about it. The alterations were done well. Although I still saw one part that still had chalk. I will say it was tulle and very full. I didn't even see it until I put it on. I'm sure if I brought it back they would've handled it. Also my bridesmaid dress that I brought to them last minute for that weekend was finished earlier than they said. Win! The customer service alone will make me come back. Super hospitable and friendly.

If you have an important event and need something cleaned, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE! With 4 dry cleaning places on BRT alone, you would think this place would work hard to retain customers, but these people apparently would rather shun away customers then admit they made a mistake. My husband recently moved to the area a vigilantly took his shirts there to get cleaned every week. Realizing he wanted to switch jobs, he needed to get a suit cleaned before a HUGE interview. The morning of, he swung by Superior and they told him they LOST HIS SUIT. Needless to say, that was a disaster and when they finally found it, they had the audacity to charge him full price, with no apology. Assuming they have a lot of business solely because they are located next door to a very popular bakery; it certainly isn't their customer service bringing people to them. Run, don't walk away from this place!

Great tailoring and excellent customer service. I went in for the first time with a suit I needed tailored immediately so that I could wear it in three hours. They not only accepted the business but did a great job. I didn’t have occasion to go back for some time but, when I did return several months later, I walked in and Mariela greeted me by my first name as if I had been going there for years. That kind of service and attention will always earn my business.

The lost 2 pair of wool dress pants and told me to come back the next day. I did but they still didn't have them and told me they must be at another store and they would call them and have them find my pants. They said they would call me in the afternoon and didn't. I still don't have my pants and am getting the run around from them. We've been going to this cleaners for years but it has gone down hill.

I had a favorite leather jacket that my daughter spilled chocolate fondue all over. Disaster. After giving to US Cleaners, they told me when I picked it up that he actually cleaned it twice, yet only charged me for one cleaning. That, and it was as new! No chocolate stains remained, I was amazed. They were courteous and went out of their way, unusual these days. Highly recommended!!
