I recently bought a prom dress that was waaaaay too long for me, so I had to get it shortened in the span of 2 days. I called over 12 tailors and no one would do it for me until I called Roma. When I went in, the owners were very nice and it was very clear that the man (I didn’t get his name) knew what he was talking about and he was kind enough to do the job for me, even though there was many layers to my dress. Fast forward to today (May 18), I tried the dress on again after they shortened it and I felt like an absolute princess. It was shortened perfectly and I admire their dedication and craft. I definitely will come again, and thank you to the owners for helping me out!

brought them 5 pairs of jeans to tailor the hem on them, when they dwere done they hemmed them way to short by 2 inches, jeans are ruined and way to short. avoid these hacks at all costs. i called them and they dont seem to care and told me to bad it wasnt us. if i could post ZERO starts, i would

Great tailor and dry cleaning. My wife has had half a dozen bridesmaid dresses altered. I took my suit to Battison's in Wethersfield for dry cleaning and it came back pilly. After my job interview I took it to Roma's and it came back spotless.

Absolutely wonderful! I had a bridesmaid dress that I needed altered and had already take to one tailor, who didn't adjust the straps or the bust correctly - I have a larger bust and small waist/back so ready-to-wear never fits. Brought it to Roma Tailor and Walter was able to add an additional small dart to the bust and made a small alteration to the bra I was wearing with the dress to help everything lay correctly. I was in tears over the dress before, but after I didn't give it a second thought - it fit perfectly! I will be taking all future clothes that I need tailored to him and highly recommend them.

Extremely rude! Called to ask a few questions about alterations to receive sarcasm as if it was inconvenient to have even been on the phone with me. Horrible customer service. One should not feel belittled when talking to a business owner.

Went there to have 3 patches sewn onto my vest. He wanted to charge me $72.00 !! Anywhere else patches range from $7.00 - $10.00 so I called him out on it. Finally agreed to a charge of $30.00 Get home only to find out he sewed my gun pocket shut!
