I’m not entirely sure if this place actually wants my money or not. I’m sure a large portion of its clientele is the business professional, but its operating hours during the week are the precise time I️ am in the office. On Saturday, Nina’s closes at 3. Sundays, wait for it...CLOSED. I️ have money that I️ would have liked to give to you. You make it so hard.

Nina is the only person my husband and I trust to tailor our clothes! I am petite so I've had many items altered over the years - she has done our jeans, bridesmaid dresses, suits, repairs, etc. Highly recommend her!

I have been a customer of Nina's for over 7 years. Her work is incredible! From pant hems to intricate lace work, she has fixed it all for me. I would not trust my designer clothing with anyone else. My alterations are always done quickly and are ready as promised. She gets 5 stars!

Nina just helped me transform a beautiful white jumpsuit for my rehearsal dinner only a week ahead of time and I could not be more grateful! I was so upset the week of my wedding when I had nothing to wear since I had bought something a while ago and it no longer fit. I brought this jumpsuit in wanting her to completely alter the style of the top since the cut was way too revealing. With the extra material from the hem on the bottom she was able to sew it on top and make it blend in perfectly like the designer made it that way originally! Not only did the final product come out perfectly but she did it so quickly! I was only in town for the one week prior to my wedding and she was willing to turn it around that fast. I just wish I had a tailor this good in Chicago!

Outrageously Priced! She took my dress out a half inch and hemmed the bottom and charged $200. That was more than I paid for the dress itself. I never write reviews-- she was a nice enough lady, but I would never go back there again. Rip off!

When I received an outrageously large bridesmaid dress (for my brother's wedding) I knew that the only person I would trust with doing the excessive amount of alterations would be Nina. Nina pretty much had to remake the dress, taking it from an size 18W to a size 12. There are certain items of clothing that a person takes to any tailor. However, due to the importance of the event, having a dress that needed to be recreated and still look beautiful, I refused to bring it to just any tailor. Nina possesses the skill and mastery level of tailoring that a person searches for when looking for a tailor. Not to mention she is an angel and the sweetest woman, reminds me of my late Italian Grandma.
