I dropped my suit off Friday morning it had an ink stain I told them not to worry about ink stain just clean it they told me to pick up after 5 on Monday I went in on Monday was not ready they asked me to come on Tuesday Morning I did my suit hadn't even been started I was quite disappointed but they did not charge me I will use them again but drop off earlier. Otherwise my clothes have been fine

I dropped off 3 pairs of pants to be tailored and picked up Monday. The lady never tailored my pants, but charged me $20 for dry cleaning I never asked for. Then I was forced to pay a additional $18 just to get the tailor service I requested when that's all I wanted. I will never return to this place again and customer service was extremely poor.

This place is horrible! I dropped off two pairs of black jeans, both the same material, one pair came back grey and the other pair had white streaks all over them. I mentioned this to the lady who said she would re-wash the pair with the streaks and she would have the owner call me to see if I can get my money back for the pair that turned grey. The owner never called me so I had to call them back and get the owners number. Spoke with the owner and who said that the reason they faded was because the material was different and there was nothing they cant do about it and I would not be getting my money back. This place is the worst and they will never get another penny out of me!

never had anything lost in my 40 years of using cleaners in three states. this includes the almost ten years here. they got a new person there and she accused me of losing my own clothes. she won't give me the owners number to talk to the boss myself. she said the owner doesn't have phone...!!! two polo sweaters gone....!!! So after calling the owner I get my clothes back. To my surprise, the lady who said my clothes weren't there has now called me to complain about what I wrote in Google. I got my stuff back. That's it. Today, thinking I had gotten past this...she calls me to criticize me about how I drop off my clothes... I am calling the owner to tell him that I cannot use their services any longer. Because of her poor customer service and relentlessness to admit there was a problem regardless of who it was.... just let it go and move on. No she wants to call me to prove I, the customer, is wrong...!!! Waiting for the owner to call me back...

Fast service and great customer service! The woman cleaned my jacket within a timely fashion and the price is reasonable. Great hours (closes at 7pm). Definitely my "go to" cleaners.

fineThey are weird, i have been working with them for three years. I have left another negative feedback last week after they picked up my clothes for a week which i did not recive them all yet. They clean some of the stuff and they douple the prices on the rest so they did not clean it yet. They called me and they said if you dont remove your negtive feedback they will not clean and will not work anymore. Which i told them i can change according to the services i will receive. I reqsuted to speak to the manger or the owner, so the people in the store keep telling me that they driver is the manger and when he comes he neglect to be the manager and he refre me to speak to the office again. Tehy never tells you who is charge and who can you complain to about their services. They said it is Mr.Le and there is no way to reach him at all. They called me again today , and they said they will not clean my clothes if i dont change my feedback and they may not send it to me. I dont know how is that professional to customers !! I owe them some money which i will pay anyway whenever i recive my clothes. I dont think that i am the only one that compalined latley about their changes Right now ; They hold my stuff in their shops , and they are saying they will not give me anything until i remove the feedback. BE AWARE OF THEM ----- Update: They called to change the feedback after they reduced the price to the original one as by Mr.Le order ,Which i did pay for and they brought the stuff to me , many of them were UNCLEANED and UNTOUCHED, they just put them in hangers. ----- Update: I tried to reach them to make a new order after they appolgize hundred of times about what happened and they told me that i have about 250~$ as outstanding balance from the previous order which i paid in full. They said they will reach to MR.Le , which i requested them to have him call me hundreds of time and they refused because he is MR.Le . -------- Update: May 6 I stopped today by them and I find a nice old guy.
