Natalia was AMAZING and had the garment perfectly tailored and finished several days before the big event. Had two dresses altered here and was very pleased. Very satisfied and I highly recommend her!!! Her prices are extremely reasonable! What I liked the most was that she didn't require set appointments

My daughter's $500 Jovani gown had a very long train needed to be taken up in the shoulders and hemmed she took the train and shorten the gown to short my daughter had 4 and a 1/2 inch heels on when she measured and now she can wear a 2" heel Train gone and we picked up the dress seamstress said She threw the extra material away because we didn't state we wanted it when we came in for measurement what the hell I have never had that happen I have always gotten my material back. Will never go back !

I have been going to Nataliya for years and have really come to rely on her for anything I need....she has a unique and creative way of fixing things with perfection. I am amazed at the work she does. Also equally amazing is her willingness to work within whatever time frame a person needs. She is so enjoyable to visit with. I sincerely look forward to any opportunity I have to go see her! Her prices are very reasonable. She truly is beyond the best!

Very rude and unprofessional to say the least. Her interpersonal skills are bottom of the barrel. Her work on items that need to be fixed are mediocre. There are other places that understand service and do a better job. Her demeanor is always drama and loud. Stay away.

She charged me $60 to hem a dress. Literally to just take an inch off the bottom because it was too long. That's it.

I was standing in front of the register for awhile and I was the only customer. The lady barely acknowledged me. When she finally came around I explained I wanted to alter the sleeves to my coat. She kept on repeating that it was too much work for her and that it was not worth her time. I was willing to pay extra and I had brought a couple of dresses to have altered but she walked away. She clearly did not want my business. I would not recommend this place to any one of my friends.

I wouldn’t know what her work is like because after I waited for 10 min to her screaming on the phone at someone....she refused to do my simple alteration. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Signs up EVERYWHERE practically yelling at you the only types of payments she will take. She basically listened half way to what I needed done to my dress...and interrupted to say that it wasn’t worth her time as gave me the gesture with her hand to go away as she turned and walked away. I won’t ever set foot in that place again. I was the only customer in there.

Nataliya is amazing!!! She fixed me dress within a day and it was done perfectly, and also managed to fix all of my dresses in time for prom. She is the best highly highly recommend!!!
