She knows what she's doing! I'm SO happy with the way my wedding gown came out. I had a lot of buttons and she reinforced them so nothing broke during the day. Everyone told me as a bride with an outdoor wedding to just expect my bustle to break but my cathedral gown held up perfectly while I walked everywhere and I had zero issues AND even better, my bridesmaids had no trouble putting it together.

Lucy is a wonderful taylor- probably the best in Connecticut. A woman who truly knows what she's doing. And she tells the truth! which means if she can't do it or it doesn't need what you want because it looks good the way it is, and she knows what she's talking about. she is an expert tailor and has been doing this since she was six years old! if your man needs a suit, she will make it from scratch! Who does that nowadays? I brought my mother of the groom dress in there to be tailored because it needed a lot of alterations because of my size. I haven't picked it up yet but I will let you know.

The dry cleaning is sent out to a third party. The third party ruined my Ralph Lauren comforter. $400 comforter. When I complained Lucy could care less. Terrible customer service and terrible attitudes in this place. Go somewhere else. They could care less if you're a customer or not.
