They are always so nice when I come to drop off and pick up my dry cleaning! It’s close to where I live, so it’s set in a convenient location. And they always do a great job with my clothes. No complaints at all! 100% recommend!

If I could give zero stars, then I would. Dropped off my tuxedo I purchased for my wedding, and upon receiving my items back, I noticed a shirt of much lower quantity and one that couldn’t possibly fit was in with my tuxedo. When I raised the question of where my shirt was, I wasn’t given a direct answer, saying it was either in the shop somewhere, or put into another persons pickup without anyone else realizing the mistake. $180 shirt down the drain and there’s absolutely nothing they did to resolve this issue. I just kept getting told to give them another week to search and come back later, and these people had the nerve to actually sit there almost giggling with the mistake. Absolutely would never recommend this place to anyone. The staff and ownership aren’t on the same page, the old tickets are thrown out within days so there’s no way to track errors from previous orders. Terrible system, even worse help.
