I have been going to Sue for all of my tailoring needs and she has done a good job. However, I recently brought her four skirts to take in which she did not complete properly. When I returned the skirts to her to request another job she insisted that I pay her extra for the additional work. However, when I brought her clothing in the past which I felt were not completed properly she re-did the job without a problem. Sadly, I will not be retuning.

Fantastic!!! I came in without an appointment and they immediately had me put me in a room to see where they needed to take in my dress. I needed the bust taken in and the dress shortened and was in a huge time crunch: I needed it done in a week! Sure enough, they got it done in a week and only charged $118! The quality was great and I couldn’t believe how quick it was! The customer service was awesome! Overall, wonderful experience and I will be returning as well as telling everyone!

Needed suit pants hemmed. Sue (super nice and attentive) suggested some additional leg tapering. She even had me try on my suit jacket to have a look. She agreed it fit perfect, no tailoring required. She pinned me up and I picked them up 3 hours later. Results were spot-on. While I was there, another customer was trying on her altered dress, which apparently was also done same-day. She was really pleased with the work. Can't recommend this place enough.

Inna at European Tailoring is an expert at repairing clothes or just making them fit better. Moreover, she's a pleasure to work with. Her work is consistently top notch. She will also tell you if the garment you are trying to salvage is worth fixing or if it is unlikely to come out well. I appreciate her willingness to turn down jobs when the outcome is not likely to be successful. There is even customer parking right in front of her shop, which is quite convenient.

The owner (I believe her name is Anna) did a fantastic job altering a sport coat for me. She was able to do it last minute, diagnosed a separated issue with the sleeves (they were altered poorly by the department store I bought it from), and even promptly corrected a minor detail that I didn't even notice. She clearly knew her stuff. Reasonably priced, too. Will definitely be using her again.

If I could I would of rated it a negative star. My clothes didn't get hemmed correctly and when I called she gave me an attitude. Finally a week later when she was free, she still didn't fix my pants and I didn't even see a refund.. I won't recommend her to anybody.

Love this place! Surprised I'm the first reviewer. Been going here for years. I've had them do jacket zippers, tailor suits, and dress shirts, hem pants and skirts; always well done work at a reasonable price. Quick turn around of you need it.

I was taking my son's uniform in to be dry cleaned before he shipped overseas. Unbeknownst to me, something had spilled in my backseat and had soaked into his dress whites! He also needed his new patch sewn on. The family at European Tailoring took it in as a rush (I needed it back in two days). The owner personally made sure it was hand-laundered and hand sewn in the appropriate place. I mean it was stark white again! She was so sweet and happy to get it done for me!!! Thank you
