They ripped my shirt pocket the day before my big interview, then had the audacity to leave a note that it was received defective. IN ADDITION The shirts were not pressed and were wrinkly I can’t belive it never seen anything like it in my life.

Great family run business. Reasonable prices and turn around time. They consistently do a great job. The only time I had them redo something was for a particularly challenging rust stain on a white dress. No idea how they got it out, but they ran it through twice without complaint. Also, the staff is friendly and the owner is the nicest guy. One time he even stayed open 10 minutes late so I could pick up my husband's suit for an important meeting! I've been going here for years and will continue to do so.
