A good service...until there is a problem. After two years of use suddenly 11 pairs of my pants came back with burned linings over two weeks (their pants press was obviously too hot and someone must have changed the setting or replaced it during their move in location across the street). They then played dumb and expressed confusion that pant linings could be burned. My tailor and two other cleaners independently confirmed what had happened immediately. I was really, really disappointed with how Frank handled the situation. He wouldn’t even acknowledge the damage, he just kept defering to some guy in his shop who suddenly didn’t speak english and could only communicate through shrugging and surprised expressions.

I had gone to this place for a year and have seen noticeable declines in quality..4 out of 5 shirts require reironing now and im not even picky.. i only started caring when i got comments that there were large creases in the armpit area and started noticing they werent getting stains out they used to get out.. wont be going back

I am always completely satisfied with the exceptional service I receive from Crescent Cleaners each and every week. I am a long time customer and can not say enough about the first rate treatment I get. The small things do matter.... A sleeve button sewed on that I didn't mention, the zipper repair that I thought was irreparable or the stains and spots they make go away like they were never there!

When I moved from Rye to Greenwich, I was concerned about which dry cleaner I would use. While shopping at Lynnen's, a high scale linen shop, I asked if they knew of any local cleaners. They handed me a card and said, "They are the best." And, now, after having use them for the past 3 years, I agree. Their service is terrific and the drivers are super friendly. I am very particular about who does my laundry, especially my precious linens, and they do a very fine job. Do not hesitate to try them!

My washing machine tragically broke while I was washing clothes for a quickly approaching international trip. I called Crescent Cleaners and explained the situation, and that I needed the clothes to be washed, dried, and folded the same day. I dropped my clothes off on my way to work, and they were ready for pickup that evening. Matthew was incredibly accommodating, and truly relieved my stress over this unfortunate occurrence! The prices are very reasonable, so I will definitely go back to them for any dry cleaning and/or laundering needs. Thanks again!

The Service was excellent, Frank stayed open an extra two minutes for me since I was running late from work to pick up my dry cleaning. He set me up for free drop off and pick up from my apartment building, which will be a huge time saver! The clothes came out nice, although my tuxedo shirt could have been pressed/ironed a little better. Other than that, no complaints and I look forward to using Crescent Cleaners and Launders again soon!

Best dry cleaner I have ever used. Picks up and delivers from my home. I have always received my clothes only and not other people's clothes like had happened with other cleaners more than once. Upon visiting cleaner or dropping off, they know who I am and all employees are extremely friendly. They have a customer is always right attitude and "how can I help you!" Recommended by a linen store in Greenwich so I thought it would be very expensive but it is no more than my old cleaner. Fabulous service too!!!

We have been using Crescent for almost 10 years. They always do a great job and we have NEVER had an issue with them. The free pick up and delivery is so convenient. They are fairly priced. Best of all, they have gone above and beyond by doing things like replacing buttons without us even asking.

They did a good job on my shirts but it was pretty expensive overall. I went in with suit pants too that had a small stain and asked then to remove it. I went to a wedding a few weeks later and when I got there, I realized they never removed the stain. They didn’t bother to bring it to my attention upon pick up so I assumed all went well as far as the stain removal. I can’t imagine the stain won’t come out but if that’s the case then you should notify the customer at some point. I am new to the area and going to try out other shops and hopefully find my go to store. I will report back on my findings.

I tried this cleaners due to my area of availability & needing by a certain date. The atmosphere is very clean & friendly. I let the owners know, I was a new customer in need of their services. Everything was Good, only complaint if any in which I should've stressed, was the jacket I was needing; It is that fabric where its lite lined and crinkly. It's not what I expected it to come out looking like. I ended up using my own iron to get a crisp clean flat appearance. Other that this issue all went well.

The laundry and dry cleaning services are excellent, the prices are reasonable, and the customer service is unsurpassed. Here's an example: On a rainy afternoon last week, after driving up to Crescent Cleaners to retrieve my laundry and dry cleaning, I sat in the car waiting a few minutes for the torrents of downpour to ease. I was listening to the radio news. Suddenly, someone rapped on my window. It was Frank! Under an umbrella! He had come out to shelter me under HIS umbrella from car to counter, so that I would remain dry. And of course, after collecting my things, I was escorted BACK TO MY CAR by Frank, under his umbrella. Now, that's customer service!

My only issue is the bags, the old blue ones didn't work great and the new ones sometimes have broken drawstrings/or plastic clamps. Otherwise you guys are great. Perhaps a website where you can email/indicate when you're out of town to make things easier to communicate. Thanks for great service.
