Great and friendly customer service!

USE RYE RIDGE CLEANERS! Frederick's has frequent employee turnover with no experience. Disorganized, many redo's for leaving wrinkled mens shirts. Left a pair of designer pants because alteration person was not available. Turns out that he was no longer coming to the store. Waited a few months and no new person was hired. Asked for my pants back and the new employees could not find it and refused reimbursement. RESPONE TO FREDERICKS: not having name info, proves how disorganized you are.
