Worst experience I have ever had. The owner was disrespectful and nasty. She has no sense of accountability. She made several errors and would not admit to the findings and make it right. Instead she starts yelling and was very argumentative. There are basic seamstress procedures and skills that she just either does not know or is taking short cuts. There is much more to write, however it is too long to write. There are many other tailors in the area that care and have the basic skills to make your clothing fit and are respectable to their customers. I would not recommend seeking your tailoring needs here......run and turn the other direction. She does not deserve not even one star, but it will not allow me to post unless I choose a star.

To preface, this is the first negative review I have ever written. The first few times I went to Josephine for business, things went well, and my clothes were tailored as desired. However, as time went on, Josephine became unprofessionally rude, and nasty!! I was not expecting this, as my previous experiences were alright. I went back another day, to see if she was perhaps having a bad day, but no — she treated me even worse. I won’t go into detail here, but it was a true nightmare. I would not recommend her services to any friend, given the fact that there are other (more human and polite!!) tailors around.
