I've had a couple of suits and many shirts altered here, and have always been impressed by the superior quality of their work. The estimates for time and price are always reasonable and I've not experienced any delays or additional expenses. Even though they are 30 minutes away from me, I will continue to come here for all of my tailoring and alterations needs!

Very disappointing. My wedding dress only needed to be hemmed and the result was horrible. Instead of hemming it from the bottom which would have been too simple (no train, straight line), he decided to hem it at the waist. When I went in for a fitting I stressed that I was concerned that it would not lay flat against my stomach. He assured he it would once pressed. There is a ribbon detail at the waist where the dress was taken apart that continued to flip up and not lay flat, and the material was bunched and lumpy at the waist inside the dress. Not visible but uncomfortable. Customer service was always pleasant, but nothing could be done to fix it in time and no reimbursement was offered. I would not trust them with any alterations.

I’ve been putting off getting my pants tailored for months - I would even go so far as to say it’s been over a year - however I searched for a place close to my house and this one was it. When I walked in the gentleman was very courteous as I explained I had five pairs of dress pants that needed to be taken in. He was assisting another gentleman, but kindly said it would be no problem and I could change into my pants for measuring. He finished up with the guy he was assisting and promptly came over to me. Shortly after measuring a few of my pants I broke my zipper in which he politely said he could fix for an additional up-charge. ($18 to take in pants plus $4 if he could not re-attach my zipper and had to add his own) I said no problem so long as the pants were salvageable. Soon after another woman walked in needing a dress tailored. In my short fifteen minutes of being there, it seemed this place gets a lot of traffic (even on a Tuesday mid morning. From what I experienced and saw - I will be using their services again. I had an overall positive experience and minimal waiting... I’ll post an update once the services are finished and I can provide feedback on my altered pants.

Very impressed with the service John provided. I brought John a couple new dress shirts I had purchased. Like most over the counter dress shirts they will fit great in some areas but require some adjustments. The shirts required a greater taper at the waist to provide that sleek fitted look younger professionals crave. The end result was perfect and at a fair price.

This tailor showed us all the options we had for renting and helped us pick out amazing ensembles for the guys. As a short gal, having a trusted tailor to make my clothes fit well is really important. John does quality work at a fair price, and for what I go to him for (shortening and some taking in at the waist), the turnaround is always fast. I took a pair of blue jeans to John a handful of years ago, and after a 2 year hiatus, I came back for more alterations and he remembered who I was! In addition to his great work, he's a wonderfully kind person.
