I should have had her text me the picture she took of me when I dropped my dress off. I was so sad. I am normally a size 2-4, and the company we ordered bridesmaid dresses from had me order a 10... which was huge. Mia took in almost every part of this dress. When I got it back it was PERFECT. It fit me like a glove for the wedding. Her prices are very fair considering the outstanding quality of her work. I will be back!

I was very stressed about finding the perfect tailor who could take on my project as it would involve essentially remaking the dress. It turned out amazing! Mia went above and beyond! She even made me a vail with the left over lace. I got so many compliments at my wedding. I highly recommend Mia to everyone. If you go to her you will not be disappointed. I called her a month before my wedding, and got out of there with the dress perfected within 2 weeks and 2 fittings. I absolutely loved it, and she has very reasonable prices. Mia does incredible work! She made my dress fit me like a glove. I bought it off the rack and she had to shorten it by a foot and tighten up the bodice but it didn’t phase her at all. I had multiple fittings and she made it perfect! I am going to bring her all my pants and shirts that need alterations going forward even though I don’t live super close to her store. Aside from her mastery of the art of sewing, another aspect of working with Mia that sets her aside and makes the 45 minute commute well worth it, is how obviously invested she is in her patrons. She makes everyone feel special and I know she's taken pains to complete tricky alterations for me on short notice. I'm am so lucky to have met Mia and feel liberated when I shop because I know that whatever I find and fall in love with, no matter how I'll fitting it is off the hanger, after Mia is done with it it will fit like it was made for me. Wow! My wedding dress was completely transformed! It originally had off the shoulder straps with a very low open back, but the straps would just fall off and it had no support. Mia was able to find lace to match it and extend the straps so that they crossed in back and added support to the front. She also somehow managed to make the waist nip in (I'm not sure how she did this, given that the dress didn't have a back). She does excellent work and is a pleasure to work with :)

I came in to have my wedding dress hemmed, the sleeves taken in, and the dress taken out a few inches - which is not the easiest thing to do. With one try, she absolutely nailed it! My dress fits like a glove and I feel very comfortable in it. She was quick and considerate of my wedding date. I allowed a lot of time, but she still double checked that we were working with a timeline I felt comfortable with. I also brought in another dress and had her take out the sleeves and she did a great job. I would absolutely recommend this place! For both dresses, my total came to $290.

I was a last minute bridesmaid for a friend and the last dress size available to order was a size 14, I am a 2!!! I dropped off the dress with Mia, she told me it was a challenge and may take a few fittings. When I went back for the first fitting, the dress that had cup sizes the size of my head fit like perfection! On top of the huge transformation the dress under took, I was also told the material is not an easy one to work with. I was HIGHLY impressed!!!

All I can say is WOW. I ordered a wedding dress online that was all wrong for my body type, I honestly thought about scrapping the whole dress and going and buying a new dress, but Mia changed the whole dress. From taking in some parts to re-working most of my dress, I finally loved my dress. I literally walked out of the store wanting to cry because she basically made me a whole new dress at a VERY reasonable price. Will continue going to Mia for everything now!! 15/10 would recommend.

I just picked up my wedding dress from Mia and I cannot recommend her enough! My dress fits like a glove and doesn't even look like it was altered despite being two sizes too big in the chest and needing difficult hem work due to the lace details. Super fast turnaround (2 weeks) and worth every penny as well as the drive down from Greeley. The personal touch was also nice; Mia barely saw my maid of honor and I get out of the car and already remembered us and had our dresses waiting. I will never go anywhere else!

I would give Mia's 10 stars if I could. I had such an incredible experience. I brought in a bridesmaids dress to be altered and they did such an incredible job that it looks like it was custom fit. When I came back to try it on and pick it up, I brought two items with me that needed minor repairs, and they had them repaired before I even left the dressing room. Today I decided I wanted one more fix on the dress and they completed the alteration in 5 minutes and it looks perfect. I will never go anywhere but Mia's and I will refer absolutely everyone there.
