One of the WORST buying experiences I've ever been through. I was going in to buy a suit for my wedding and the wedding party was as well. I had a tall guy with a beard. One of the more rude people I've ever come across. He got increasingly aggravated by my questions and said, "doesn't matter how many times you ask, you'll get the same answer." I had a question about rental vs retail process. I was interested in buying a suit similar to one they rent, but he said they don't do that. I asked why, he said, "if you took a business class, you might be able to find out." (I have a business degree, but not the point) I thought I wanted navy blue but then I pointed at a royal blue suit and he talked down to me like I was dumb. My bad for making a mistake. Long story short, I went to Louie's Tux and Jos A Bank where I was treated much better. Don't go here if you want to be treated like just another warm body trying to get a suit.

Our first few visits to Mens Warehouse for our wedding parties attire were great. Sarah was helpful and efficient and other employees assisted in finding us what we needed as well. We had to order some things from some other locations and they told us they would call us on Tuesday when they arrived. Wednesday we still didn't have call so we called them. The employee that answered the phone said they weren't there and we needed to call back after 12:00 pm when the employee that ordered them came in for her shift. We had to specifically request that they call us instead of us making time to call them for their mix up. We received a call later to pick them up. When I got there, there was 4 employees and not one of them acknowledged me. I stood at the counter for 4 minutes before walking up to someone and asking if they worked there and if they could assist me. All 7 of my groomsmen and ushers were offered their suits to take home without even being told to try them on before they left to make sure alterations weren't needed. One groomsmen's didn't fit and when I went in to ask about a different size for him and why my grooms outfit had not arrived (the wedding was in 2 days) I again stood at the counter while 4 other employees sat at the counter without offering. Finally, one looked up from the computer and asked if I had been helped, even though it's quite obvious no one sitting there had spoken to me. The employee then continued to answer my questions without even looking up from the computer the majority of the time. My fiance's suit arrived on Wednesday (our wedding is on Friday) and when I called Wednesday morning to ask when he could come try it on, I was told it wasn't off the truck yet and we would be notified in plenty of time to have alterations done or to place an overnight order to correct it if needed. We were emailed at 3:30 pm to tell us that it had arrived and must be fitted before 4:00 pm that day to make necessary alterations or place an overnight order. So, 2 days before the wedding, he had to rush from work to try on a suit that should have arrived a week prior. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of one is because of the pleasant service we had with Sarah and because when our groomsmen went back to get a better fitting shirt, they had it ready for him and knew exactly what he was looking for after speaking to me. Overall, it was an unpleasant customer experience and I definitely don't want to play a waiting game for wedding party attire 2 days before our wedding day.

Disappointed that when we went for fitting for best man, they didn't bring up shoes, had to go back for that fitting. We live an hour away. Then my fiance got the email that his order was ready, went to pick it up and shoes were not with it. Causing another trip there. They did give him a 50% refund however the hassle that we dealt with didn't really make it worth it

Call before you go and request Brendan. If he is unavailable, wait until he is. Brendan is extremely skilled at what he does. He was able to put together a suit for me that surpassed my expectations and wasted no time in doing so. Inita is the tailor at this location who performs all alterations and she is amazing! I needed my suit on short notice for an interview and regardless of her workload, she made it happen. My advice, take no chances and see ONLY these two individuals for a perfect suit.

Even though I had to get my pants hemmed because the measurements were wrong, everything else fit AND I got my pants hemmed on site in less than 10 minutes AND AND I got to keep my socks!! You also get a 50% coupon when you rent from Men’s Warehouse. Definitely considering purchasing my wedding suit from there.

If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I went back to pick up the tux it wasn’t done for some reason or another. On the fourth try they gave me half of my purchase but I didn’t realize the other half is missing. I’m getting married in one week and this still isn’t fixed. Wonderful experience at this mens warehouse. To start off this is a very large and spacious location, which not only gives you a lot of breathing room, but makes it comfortable to shop with and around other customers. My salesman was Joshua and he was stellar. He not only helped me get exactly what I came in for, but did it in less that 10 minutes. This was the best mens warehouse experience I've ever had and I will purchase again from this location.

Great place to get nice clothes. Sometimes jean's get old and I want to wear nice fabrics that fit me not just vaguely approximate a fit. I use to wear tailored clothes. To pricy now but Men's Wearhouse provides something highly presentable at a good price. Better than Dept store stuff.

She was upfront about all the costs, and I was impressed by all the items the package included. She also took the time to get accurate measurements and make have him try similar sizes so that I am confident the fit will be good. I am looking forward to picking up the tux for my son's prom. Where do I begin. My wedding was 9/28/2013 and we picked out the tuxes in January of this year. Sales staff was less than delightful to work with, but we didn't care at the time. A few weeks before the wedding, I get a call from a woman at this store confirming what we had picked out. Everything was correct. Fast forward to the THURSDAY before my wedding (of the same week). My husband goes in with his best man to try on the tuxes. Issue number 1: the ties are completely wrong. On the phone, we had said striped ties would be fine so long as they were all black. The ties were royal blue/gray/black striped. When we pointed this out to the same woman I spoke with, she got an attitude, never offered to fix the problem, and even tried to throw ME under the bus because I had "confirmed" them. Second issue: the vests: The vests on the mannequin of the tux we picked out was a flat black. The vests we were given were shiny. The same woman said "we can't give out anything different than whats on the mannequin"... that was a total lie. We compared the vests side by side and they were totally different. Again, didn't apologize or try to make things right. This was all happening DAYS before the wedding!! Issue number 3: fit. All of the guys (with the exception of two) requested slim fitting tuxes. My husbands pants fit around the waist, but hung off of his legs. The sales clerk argued that they were slim fitted when they clearly weren't. What ended up happening was my sister in law went to the store inside the mall to speak with the manager there, Nicole. THANK GOD FOR NICOLE. Although I never spoke with her personally, she called our store FURIOUS and tried to correct the wrongs they had done. My sister in law picked up all of the guys' correct ties herself. The guys had to pick up their new vests THE DAY OF THE WEDDING. THE DAY OF!!! Are you kidding me?! As if I wasn't stressed enough, my guys don't have all of the clothing they need to wear in my wedding? Overall, the staff at this location was rude, unapologetic, and never offered to make anything right. I am so upset that we used them. OH! They also didn't even open the garment bags when the tuxes were returned, so I'm sure they'll find a way to charge me for something and hold me accountable. NEVER AGAIN. As one of the only tux rental places in Lexington, you would assume they would know what they were doing. SO WRONG. Never doing business with them again. Will 100% be going to Geno's next time. I still cannot get over the fact that the lady looked at my face and tried to argue with me.

I am extremely shocked by the negative reviews aimed towards the sales staff. I was helped by Derick today and my experience was nothing short of A+. I literally had no idea what to expect going in today, just that I need a few suits. He walked me through the process and stayed with me for over an hour helping me out. He helped me create certain outfits, was extremely professional, and very friendly. My Ralph Lauren suits are made of the upmost quality and I am super excited to pick them up once the alterations are finished! The deals are almost too good to be true. Be sure to ask for Derick!

First of all, I have to say that the staff was always nice. They weren't rude, and I'm sure they're good people, but it doesn't appear that they're very good at handling tux rentals. Although I do not have a personal issue with the clothes Men's Wearhouse sells, I do NOT recommend them for wedding tuxedo rentals. When a store charges over $200 a person to essentially borrow a suit for a weekend, I would expect there to be no issues with any of them, let alone with more than half of the tuxes rented. My wedding was on October 6th, and 4 of our 8 groomsmen (plus my husband) had something wrong with their tuxes that required a trip back to the store to pick up a corrected tux (and my husband's was still wrong for our wedding day). One groomsman was put in a slim fit tux and one pant leg was smaller than the other, another groomsman's pants were still falling off after being tightened all the way, my husband's vest was the wrong size, his tie was the wrong color (white when it should have been ivory), and his shoes were so small that he was bleeding by the end of the night. I believe some of the groomsmen may have called in their own measurements, so I suppose any misfitting tuxes could have been an issue with how they measured themselves, but my husband and I went to the store and he was measured by an employee. He tried on the tux we rented, the vest, the shoes, etc. When we left the store that day we felt confident that everything would be good for our wedding day. Yet somehow, despite having tried everything on, the day he went to pick up his tux for the wedding it was wrong, causing him to have to drive back into Lexington from Lawrenceburg on the day of our rehearsal. The manager attempted to make it right by offering $20 back to the groomsmen who had problems with their tuxes, which I'm sure they appreciate, but what I would rather see are tuxes that fit appropriately the first time they're picked up. People (especially the groom) have other things to do on their wedding weekend other than drive back and forth to Men's Wearhouse to fix an issue with a tuxedo that shouldn't have been a problem in the first place.

I never would have expected such an awful experience for my wedding. The payments for 10 tuxes were skewed, some portions applied to someone else's tux. We called on Tuesday to make sure all 10 were there, since we live almost an hour away. When we got there, only 9 of 10 were there, the missing one was my son's. His tux jacket was 4 inches too short in the sleeves, 3 inches too long in the leg; when I had him measured only 30 days ago. When they hemmed it in store, their iron "ran out of steam," and they told us to just iron it at home. Then, they called 30 minutes after leaving the store to tell us that they forgot to put the vest in the garment bag, when we live 60 miles away. We were closer to home, and already made a special trip to pick up the one missing tux. There is zero consideration for other people, ESPECIALLY when they're planning their wedding.

The Men's Wearhouse of my home town ( Not Fort Wayne, IN) gave me the wrong suit. I realized it was the wrong suit when I went down to the hotel lobby the day of the wedding to meet the rest of the bridal party. I immediately called my home town Men's Wearhouse. To my dismay, they took nearly no action to correct the problem. I thought they could at least call this location and work something out. I called this location and spoke to Chris. He told me to come in and he would get it worked out. From the moment I walked in, frantic the bride would kill me, Chris took care of me. I showed him a picture of another groomsman's suit to verify what I should have gotten. He quickly had me fitted and altered in a matter of minutes. I am VERY impressed with the customer service I received from Men's Wearhouse Fort Wayne.

Went in to get some suits and was helped RIGHT away. I think the guys name was Tim. He was super nice and was a man on a mission. I knew what I wanted and he could tell I didn't want to test drive suits all day. Salesman was great. The tailoring was set for about a 10 day window. I had a big meeting that was 4 days before my scheduled pickup date and I called to see if I could pay to speed up up that process. I expected to pay to have my suit done sooner. 10 min phone call and they had my suit done 4 days early and all for free. I historically hate these men's clothing places but they have a good thing going at this one.

The Men's Wearhouse in Covington does not seem to know what they're doing. We rented a suit for a wedding in Birmingham and although we got fitted and ordered it through the Covington location, we asked for it to be sent to the B'ham store for pickup. They said that was fine, printed us off the receipts showing it was coming to B'ham, etc., but then didn't enter anything correctly and so the suit got sent to their location. Fortunately the Birmingham location was MUCH better and found us a correct suit in about 45 minutes, even altering it while we waited, since the wedding was that weekend and there was no time to ship the suit we actually ordered from Louisiana to Alabama. Thanks Birmingham! No thank you to the Covington location. If you do any business with them, make sure to double and triple check what they tell you and DON'T pay more than the deposit until you pick up your rental items.

I came in for suit pants I needed in an emergency before an interview. I worked with Mike. He was professional, seemed to have good knowledge of dress clothes, and was a pleasure to work with. I needed the suit pants by the next morning. I had an interview and it was paramount that they were altered in time. I offered Mike $40 to ensure that it was done. He said "No. That's my job." I was floored by his professionalism. Sure enough, the next morning they were ready for me. I was busy preparing for my interview, so he worked with me to let someone else pick them up on my behalf. I'm incredibly pleased with the service I received here and would recommend this establishment to anyone. If you come and and get Mike, consider yourself lucky.

I don't usually do this but I am attending a friend's wedding this weekend. I came in about a month ago to be fitted and was told that I was purchasing the tux. Total came out to 147.65. Apparently I am renting the tux. The lady who rang me out quickly signed the keypad for me without disclosing anything to me which I thought was weird. I asked if I was purchasing it and the lady shook her head at me and kept doing so while also acting like whoever took my measurements originally didn't even work there. So anyway I cleared all that up and then when I retried the tux on all my measurements are wrong and was asked "Did you loose weight?" I was then told I would have to come back the day of the wedding to pick up my tux. The blonde girl who I assume is some type of supervisor got me some different pants and gave me the oversized shirt that I started with, handed me the suit and said it's $20 every days it's late and walked away. For so many things being wrong, thr least they could have done is not been rude the entire time. Personally I wouldn't ever reccomend this place to anyone based on my experience. Sucks because I don't normally write reviews like this but the service I got was beyond bad. I hope someone gets this and things are addressed but probably not. Have a good night.

Extremely rude and inexperienced tux rental staff. Woman behind the desk rolled her eyes on more than one occasion as customers stood in the store, while yelling and arguing with her coworkers. There was no semblance of a line as there were new customers mixed with those that were waiting to be measured. Despite having 4 employees wandering around, nobody took charge to provide any direction to those of us waiting to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a rental tux. I've gone to this store for 3 weddings now and it is a brutal experience every time. I highly recommend that you choose somebody else for your tux rentals.

Went in for a fitting for my fiance. The first woman we worked with us wonderful. Gave us lots of ideas and was very particular when measuring the men in our party. They quickly got busy and before she could measure the last guy in our group, she moved on to another group and said someone would be with us shortly. Waited about 20-30 minutes for someone else who didn't even asked what we needed; he just started filling out random paperwork. All we needed was his size and nobody cared to talk to us. Every one was very distraced. The first lady did help us decide colors and styles but other than that we most likely won't be going back

Go to Hamburg Store, much more competent staff. Ask for paper receipt took 5 minutes to find a pen to write out receipt, Hamburg Store ask for paper receipt immediately printed from register. If you wish to look for anything they'll follow you around and tell you what will fit before it's been tried on, and say everything needs altered even if you say you like the way it fits. MORE MONEY for store for alterations.

I had to get a suit altered overnight, and it happened to be one I had NOT purchased at Men's Warehouse. I arrive on Saturday morning, the tailor was there, the attendant who greeted me at the door was great too. I picked up my suit Sunday afternoon, and the work was great and the price was right. I just realized how well dressed were the gentlemen who helped me on both days. These guys helped me out when I really needed it and didn't make a big production out of it. My next suit will absolutely be from Men's Warehouse. Thanks!

So these fine folks saved the day. Myself and the remaining groomsmen all flew in town from NYC where we got fitted. The original store ruined our fitting and the good folks at the Lexington location saved the day. All of us had multiple replacements necessary and the Lexington location not only fixed our issues but actually suggested better options which made us look better.

I had gone to this Men's Wearhouse about 5 years ago to be measured for a Tux for a wedding and would pick it up in another town. I was not impressed with the staff that assisted me! Therefore, when I needed to get a new sports jacket and trousers, I thought of Men's Wearhouse and had looked at the comments. Most of them were negative. I went there today with about as much enthusiasm as going for dental work, but I was not sure where else to shop for men's clothing, as I have not bought a new suit/sports coat in over 20 years. When I went in, I was greeted by a young man, Trell, who asked how he could help. I told him and even though he was working with another fellow, he alternated between the two of us and was able to assist me in getting trousers and a new jacket. The tailor, I believe her name was Vickie, was very helpful and able to hem a pair of pants for me while I was looking for the other jacket I got as part of their BOGO offer and another pair of trousers. I could not have been happier. I got great recommendations and suggestions from Trell and was most satisfied with my time in the store. I spoke with the manager to let him know what a fine job Trell had done and mentioned that I was a bit apprehensive coming into the store because of the comments. I told him I would be posting my thoughts about my visit, and believe me, if the service had been poor, I would have been just as quick to let him know.

The folks there Friday night, 4/19/19 were absolute life savers. My Best Man had been measured in CA and when he tried on the rental tux he looked like it was a clown suit, the sleeves were almost past his fingers, the shirt too long and he couldn’t even button the pants. And it was not the warehouse either, they shipped what the CA store ordered. Well, we had stopped into this location to get a specific color bow tie they were holding for me. Then we left and that’s when my Best Man sent us a pic. We called the store and they said come over. Once we showed them the pic they said have him come over ASAP. This was already AFTER closing on a Friday night! They had larger size pants that were the right length. They had the right size/color shirt and they took 3” off the coat sleeves while we waited. So by the time we left after 10 pm he looked great. I can’t thank them enough for their superior customer service.

The worst customer service experience, in the tuxedo department of the store, I have ever received at a clothing store. Unfriendly associates, thoroughly uninterested when it comes to serving customers. My husband and I considered using them for our wedding tuxedo rentals but decided to go to Geno's where there was better service and cheaper rental prices. If you are considering renting from this location, save yourself some time and go elsewhere.

Purchased a couple of suits here several years ago. After 2 cancer surgeries and losing 50 pounds, I needed an alteration, so I took one suit in and had it altered to fit my "new body." Worked out fine and the staff was very cordial and helpful. Suits and items are a little pricey but in today's world good clothes are going to be more expensive for quality. Staff were very supportive and friendly. Plenty of parking adjacent to the store. Was very pleased with the outcome. Thank you Men's Wearhouse!

I'm not much for taking the time to leave reviews, but Richard at this location deserves it! Went down there with the intention of buying a suit I found on sale on the website (great price) and when they didn't have it in stock, Richard had two associates locate the suit at another store and had it shipped. Here I am spending under $100 at the store (when the typical suit is several hundred $$) and I still felt treated like royalty. Thanks guys!

This was the worst experiece, my fiance was unsure of he wanted and the salesman was not only not helpful, but extremely deaming and rude!!! No questions were addressed. He made us seem like a burden and had no interest in helping us! We were blantently lied to about what they had in store to look at and we had to find it ourselves. Unsure of how this man still has a job there, let alone selling suits/tuxes. I would never suggest this store to anyone!!!! We ended up going to Macys and were actually able to piece things together!!

We went there for suit fittings for my fiance and his groomsman. The staff was super helpful and they had the exact suits I was wanting and really helped pick options that would make the guys look their best. My only suggestion would be maybe offering appointments since it tends to get busy.

The store manager was AMAZING!! We went in to find some work shirts for my husband. There were several shirts we liked but they weren't in his size or his preferred fit. Mr. Strong went above and beyond to find the shirts in other stores and helped us with a custom shirt in the color we really liked. Custom shirts will be the way to go from now on! We will definitely be back!!

I dropped off my uniform for jacket sleeve and pant length adjustment, was told Thursday afternoon for pickup (3 days later) ..... arrived Thursday evening to make sure I was not early ..... guess what, not ready. Promises, promises. These people say one thing but do another, unreliable and unprofessional. Will not ever be going to Men’s Warehouse because they cannot even pull off a suit adjustment, why would I trust them with anything more difficult ?

I've never thought highly of Men's warehouse. I can't explain the reasoning behind it but my opinion was completely changed by the most responsive, detailed, expedient and brilliant retail manager Lauren McDaniel. I had less than 30 minutes to spare and about turned around when I saw the limited selection and high tag prices. However, Lauren not only offered me a great deal she went to extra mile to have different size's, colors, choices and suggestions beyond the normal levels of kindness and helpfulness. The icing on the cake was her measuring me, finding the correct size and tailoring the pants I chose in less than 30 minutes. I love the Blue Suit Lauren! Austhyn was also instrumental in providing extra assistance to speed up my process and lend me his impeccable taste in choosing out additional items. Men's Warehouse might be thought of as a sleazeball costume shop but if you keep hiring these kinds of employee's you'll never fail. Give them both a pay raise!

Came here after picking my tux up at a store in Indy and later realizing that the pants were three. inches. too. short. There's no excuse other than neglect of proper procedure for a clothing item to fit so poorly after measuring me themselves. To their credit, they got the alterations done quickly (~15min). I simply shouldn't have had to go in on the morning of my friend's wedding to have them done in the first place.

Josh is an employee at this location. I flew into KY for a wedding but had my tux fitted in a different state several weeks ago. Josh was professional when I reached out to this location and when I met him in person. He provided possibly the best customer service I’ve ever received at any Men’s Warehouse location. You can tell he cares about his job and his store’s reputation. His customers are his number one priority and it felt nice to feel appreciated by him. If you visit this location, and you get Josh, you will be taken care of.

I absolutely hate to shop as I believe most men do. But I needed a suit and heard this was the place to get one. It must of been my lucky day cause The store manager Edwin was there to make my experience run smooth and easy. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy like most sales people are. I did spend a pretty Pennie but for the help I received from Edwin it was all worth it. I will recommend to place to all the guy's out there who are like me. Ignore the headache of going anywhere else. This is the place and Edwin and his Staff do a fantastic job.

(As I figured most retail places are). I was in a bind and needed a suit ASAP, so I spent way more $$$ than I should have. I am so disappointed with this store. I have worked with a tux shop closer to my hometown in Warsaw and would way rather to pay any extra to not have to deal with this store again. My little brothers pants came in several sizes too small. I (the bride) had to take him in the day before my wedding to be refitted and hope that they got to my house before the wedding. Then, two days after the wedding, and the day after the tuxes were turned in, my new husband realized he had left his old promise ring in his pocket. We had planned on giving it to our son when he got older so I called to see if we would be able to get it back. Their customer service was poor. I was told I would have drive the over an hour drive to the store that night to be able to go thru every tux that had been returned. I was told that they would not be able to look because there were only three people in the store so I had to pack up my one year old son on his first birthday and go look through all the tuxes until we found the right one. I do understand we should have checked the pockets but there has to be a better way of handling this.

Went in to order a suit for a wedding. Getting fitted was fine, the guy who was working at the time did a great job. When I went in to pick up the suit a few days later though, I found the gal working was having another person trying on my suit, and she didn't understand that I wasn't with him and I had to explain who I was and when I had come in to get fitted. Also had to remind her that she was the one who rung me up for the bill to pay for the suit. In the end we got it sorted out but now I need to get the suit cleaned since someone else tried it on. And it had just been put together too.....

Be warned for tux rentals. They advertise for $99.99 for the rental of a basic tux, the tux offered is basically designed to look so unattractive that you feel obligated to buy the upgrade so you don't look like an idiot. Out the door you will spend at least $200.00

We rented a mans tux and two children tux for my sons wedding. His tux had ripped pockets, shoes were different sizes. Shirt was too short. He was the groom! The boys; their pants were above their ankles, one had an adult tie, the suspenders were adult size, one had wrong size shoes. Total ill fit. For 800.00 they should have fit like a glove. Will NEVER ever rent from them again. Ever. We told them and they were like, oh well!

I've been fitted for tuxes here twice and they do a good job. Any issue I have are not with the staff (who were very helpful), but with Men's Warehouse as a company. They need to do something about their rented dress shirts, I always feel like I'm wearing a boat sail, fitted shirt my ass.

Found an online coupon for 50$ off per tux rental. The coupon said “each” rental but the Associate said it was for only one. Then a different employee applied the coupon. Only he gave 30$ off for the other 2 that I rented. Then I came in to try on tux 2 days before my wedding. It didn’t feel right. When I asked the employee told me that’s how it was supposed to fit. During my wedding day, all photos of me make me look like a huge fat guy in a tiny tux. The top button broke off half way thru ceremony! I was humiliated. All photos of me taken by friends and family look horrible. And when it comes time to buy photos from my photographer I won’t have many to choose from as the tux looked awful. I’ve never rented a tux before. And if I ever need one again it won’t be thru men’s Wearhouse

Will never, ever go here for anything again. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The biggest headache. All my groomsmen were fitted for the wrong clothing items and some were not fitted at all for certain items. The woman I spoke with at the Fort Wayne store was so rude and didn’t help me at all. After calling customer service to try and fix the situation, they ended up making it worse, and lied to me over the phone about delivery times. Staff has been extremely rude through this entire process and I would not recommend anyone to go to men’s wearhouse for any of your needs.

I went here with my father to buy suits for a very special occasion. That was in the beginning of November. It happened to be a 50% off sale so we bought a value of $1600. The girl at the store in the mall (THE MANAGER!) was wonderful to work with. She seemed to know what she was doing and be very knowledagble about the whole process. He is a big and tall man so we expected something would need to be ordered and it did. She placed the order and we set a date with her that she told us she would be working so we could come in and try everything on and see if it needs to be altered. Flash forward 3.5 weeks to December 7 and he traveled the 2.5 HOURS to get to the store only to find out that not only had the jackets not arrived, a pair of pants were missing and the shirts were all the WRONG SIZE! This order was butchered. That day they opened the box, they hadn't even done any verification whether or not everything on the packing slip was in the box (it wasn't). She also had taken that day off. So they had to replace the order. They said they would send the order to the larger store for free alterations when they arrived. We went to the main sore to have the markings done and they would transfer those markings so they could order the tailor the new pair when they arrived. That they should arrive by that monday. Here it is Wednesday and we call to see if they're ready and THEY DON'T KNOW WHERE THEY ARE! They had to take the time to find everything and are unable to say if it all arrived. They have offered a refund of 1 jacket. The mall manager then told us they would take care of it and it would be at the main location to pick up and I would arrive Friday after three to do so. Today is THURSDAY AND THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THESE ARE! THEY CAN'T EVEN FIND THE PAIR WE DROPPED OFF IN PERSON!!!! For a company that is in the business of important and special occasions and a place where people spend a LOT OF MONEY, this is the most disgraceful customer service experience I have ever had and I was just accompanying the person who decided to turn to Men's Warehouse for help. He was so excited for this step and these new clothes to support him and this company HAS RUINED THAT.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO MEN'S WAREHOUSE in my hometown, Fort Wayne. A few of their employees were extremely rude. I am very dissatisfied. And the employees didn't seem very experienced. My boyfriend still ordered his tux, even after being treated so terribly; but as for here on out, I will not go back. And I steered my friends in another direction for their proms. I much rather prefer Louis Tux Shop, their customer service was far better than at Men's Warehouse.

Great customer service!! I had read online that this was not the best Men's Wearhouse to go to and someone had mentioned that they don't do sizing? Which is completely wrong. We had my dad sized for his suit today for our August wedding and we were 110% satisfied. Lauren helped us and made sure to go over our party's attire and what exactly my dad would be wearing. She quickly sized him for his suit and even let us see different sizes for the suit as my dad was a little unsure. She really took the time and made sure we were happy with everything. We did have to wait about 15-20 minutes as other people were ordering and picking out group attire. We didn't mind waiting as we were greeted as soon as we walked in and the two staff kept reassuring us we'd be helped soon. This Men's Wearhouse is pretty small so if there's other parties don't be afraid to be close! We did gander around the store while we waited but noticed there isn't much room compared to other stores. The store was clean and the signing was very modern on the store front. I really had a great experience here and invite anyone in the Springs area to visit this store.

My fiance was quoted a much lower price when initially searching for what him and my son were going to wear, then when we went back the price doubled even though my fiance had asked specifically for the total for both of them. Then when we went back the incompetence showed in both employees that were trying to help us. We knew what we wanted and it was for 1 man and 1 boy and still took forever. At first they weren't going to even measure my son. When the whole process was through, we ended up buying black pants and a white button down for my son because the ones provided were falling off of him. We were very disappointed with the store service where employees seemed to pawn off more work than they actually did and lacked the knowledge to be efficient and helpful. I don't plan to ever visit this store again. You might have better luck at a different store.
