They ruined my pillows! I asked them to replace the fabric on my large couch pillows that were leather on one side, fabric on the other. Just the fabric alone cost me $50 and I had it special ordered from the furniture store. I went to pick them up and found that they had made 2 small pillows and said it was because I didn't give them enough fabric! They had thrown the leather out and used all the fabric so I had nothing to salvage. The worst part: I had prepaid (lesson learned) over $100 and not only did I not get a refund, THEY WOULDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE!!!!!! THE OLD RUSSIAN LADY I WAS DEALING JUST KEPT TELLING ME IT WAS MY FAULT!!!!! I can't even use the little pillows I brought home because they are just too small. WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!!!

They altered my wedding dress. They were efficient, professional, and the work was done beautifully (albeit a little pricey) Don't mistake cultural differences in communication for lack of customer service.

Three years ago, I bought an evening gown while on vacation in South America for my daughter's wedding. I brought it here to be altered and they did a fabulous job! I couldn't have been happier, and it was quite a complicated job. Thank you, Magic Needle Tailor Shop!!

I was trained under European tailers during college and these ladies are top-notch. They did an excellent job and their turn around time was very reasonable. They came recommended by Nordstrom's tailors and they met and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone.

Insanely rude, not customer friendly and very unhappy with workers there. I do not recommend giving them business, they will treat you poorly and clearly do not care about you or your clothing.

I took my sister's dress in for a rush job before she left on a vacation. We needed to completely replace the zipper on a skin tight dress. The lady was super nice, very accommodating, and got the job done well before the time limit the next day for my sister's flight! It is tucked back behind the King Soopers on University. Timmy the extra price for a rush job was well worth it! If I could give more than 5 Stars I would!

This place is wonderful! I (stupidly) procrastinated shortening my bridemaid’s dress for a wedding. She took it Tuesday afternoon and had it done by 12:00 on Thursday and it was perfection. My dress didn’t drag the ground, but I wasn’t waiting for a flood either. This place is great and I highly recommend them for any of your tailoring needs. Thanks so much for helping in a pinch!

Terrible. Had several suits altered and took weeks to get them. Uneven sides and seams not sewn to stay. Took one back (told to keep receipt) with receipt and as always, person was on the phone; she then insinuated that I was trying to take advantage of her. She relunctantly said that she would fix it, but after the verbal exchange, I realized I could not trust her with my clothes. Told her I would not be coming back and her only response was "okay." This places knows nothing of customer service or how to properly do alterations. Any other place I've worked with would not hesitate to fix what they had not done correctly or would even re-alter if needed for no charge. Extremely high prices combined with poor quality and poor workmanship. The 'notes' of thanks on the wall must be fakes or from years past, because I can't imagine anyone thanking them now.
