I called ahead to make sure they could assist me in my alteration, as other places have turned me down before, and the representative was extremely rude and acted as if it was obvious that they could. As I tried to specify she sighed loudly in exasperation and repeated "Yes, yes". If a worker isn't ready for calls, or doesn't want them, put on someone who does or fire them. Rude customer service. I'm sure their services are fine, but I have given up on the place after being talked to like I wasnt worthy of it.

Took my sport coat here to get tailored and was really happy with the entire experience. When getting tailored I was asked a lot of questions on how I wanted the coat to fit and suggestions were also offered. When I picked up the coat I was extremely pleased with the fit of the coat. Costs were on par with other places I have had work done. Well pleased with the entire process

My husbands 25 year old bomber coat lining had to be completely torn out and re sewed which included a layer of another lining (don't know the sewing terms). Perfect job. Then a little later the zipper broke and they installed a new zipper! We were very happy with their work and getting ready to take them a wedding dress for alteration.

Went into this tailor for a few items and I was greeted very rude and then she proceeded to be rude. Do not use them! This happen to another friend of mine.
