Great place and so glad I brought my clothes here. Shannon works real hard in what she does and seems like she does everything herself. I dont care how long it takes cause I know it will be done perfectly.

Gave me a receipt for my three items guaranting the work done by today at 530pm. She is aware I need one of the items (a dress) by tomorrow afternoon for a function. She has had the items for two weeks and aware of this deadline, which she agreed to meet, the entire time. Today at 545 my husband went to pick up the items and was told they have not even been started. He reiterated the need for the dress alterations by tomorrow afternoon. She told him it will not be done by then. Point blank. She is not even going to try. I am now unable to get the dress altered by someone else in less than 18 hrs due to their negligence. I would never run a business this way. I would stay up all night sewing if my word was on this agreement. She could have also called before we drove to pick them up. She could have said from the beginning that she couldn't meet the timeline. So disappointing. I will never do business with this company again.

You do have to pay up front here, just in case anyone is wondering, but they do beautiful work. While I consider myself rather skilled at conditioning leather, whatever process is used here exceeds mine by leaps and bounds. I’m also very happy with the new soles. Additionally, I suppose I should mention that I paid for new laces, but upon picking up my shoes, I discovered they had not been replaced. When I pointed this out in the store, the problem was immediately redressed. Great customer service!
