She did great and the price was more than fair! I will be going back. Update: My wife had her alter her bridesmaids dress for a wedding, but she forgot to pick it up before she closed and we were flying out early the next morning. She brought the dress to our house! Incredible. She really saved us. I don't think many people would have done what she did for us. You can't put a price on that kind of service and dedication.

They did a fabulous job with all 5 of our bridesmaids dresses and thankfully they accommodated 4 out of the 5 with in 1 week of the day of the wedding. 2 of those 4 didnt even have what they needed for the fitting yet the alterations somehow still came out perfectly.

After calling this shop to request getting measured for an upcoming event, the lady says we don't do that, yet they do alterations. Definitely will not be giving her my business...

From the second that you walk-in, Kim greets you with a smile and quality service. The time she spent in recommendations to alter garments for a better fit was perfect! I would recommend Kim to anyone needing alterations and dry cleaning. Great and Caring Service!

Prices were high and they sent my clothes back and forth to another cleaner without asking my permission, and then made me run all around town to find them. It took me 2 days after they were clean to finally get my clothes back. They even sent me to a store on the other side of town that was already closed.

I've been using Kim for alterations and hemming since 2012. She's hemmed and altered every single prom and special occasion dress I've ever had and she always does it perfectly. I had a recital dress that needed hemmed and altered a bit on the top, and it was a huge poofy dress, and the work she did on it was great! Also I think her prices are more than fair!
