Gets the job done quickly and right

I took my Spyder ski coat to Irina after I ripped out an area of stiches during a fall. She did a wonderful job repairing it. Matched the thread color exactly, and you can't even tell that the coat was damaged. I was elated to see how nice my coat looked. Thank you.

Over priced and didn't complete the task properly. I asked for straps to be tightened on a shirt so that the neckline doesn't dip down too low. Still dips down too low. ... eighty dollars later.

I have used Irina's for multiple tailoring needs and been really pleased with the results and pricing. She did a really complex repair on a pair of motorcycle pants that I had melted on the exhaust- multiple layers of fabric, very heavy material. Looked great when she was done.

Daughter received star wars Jean jacket for xmas, too tight in shoulders and seams. Irina remade the sleeves and it is perfect. I referred a friend for her wedding dress to be hemmed and she was 150.00 cheaper than David's Bridal. We are going there today to have my daughter's homecoming dress hemmed. Will continue to use her.

I have been bring my suits here for a few years now and just recently the quality has extremely diminished. I had to take back two suits because the stitching was coming out, she looks at me and says it’s perfect, as I am holding the string. She didn’t even try to offer a solution to keep a customer. Will NEVER take anything here again.

Completely unfriendly. Way over priced. I found it interesting in owning a business and not having any customer service skills. Irena almost seemed like it was an inconvenience when we walked in and her heavy accent makes it hard to understand her

I had a new metal zipper put in my coat. Irina does great work! I think her prices are reasonable. Does anyone know how expensive retail rents are? Thanks for your hard work!
