I took a pair of shoes in the end of July to have the soles repaired. A month later one of the shoes soles had come apart so I took the shoe in to have him fix it and he threw the shoe on the counter and said he never saw the shoes before. He has a notebook on the counter that you write your name and telephone number, I turned to the page with my name and he wouldn't even look at it. He screamed at me and told me to leave his store. I have never been treated like that before. He is not friendly at all!!!!! I can't believe a business owner would do that. I wasn't mad about the sole, I just wanted him to fix it. What a jerk!!!!!

Dropped three suits off to be tailored on a Saturday afternoon. They said the suits would be ready by Friday. Called Wednesday morning to have a rush placed on one. Showed up to find not one but all three suits ready to go. Wonderful customer service and great pricing. Will definitely do business with them in the future.

I have been coming to this Tailor for many years and it has always been great service. I brought my Prom dress in when I was in high school, a bridesmaid dress, and more. I just brought in 2 jumpsuits that I needed to be made longer. One I did not think could be done because of the way it was sewn and made, but they were able to make it work!! They are always so friendly and I love that it is a family owned business.

Paid $39 to wait a week for three pairs of pants to be hemmed too short — by two inches. And of course nothing on the receipt they gave me confirmed what the correct length was supposed to be.
