I have been a customer here for over 5 years - I have brought Grace everything from straightforward pant hems to a ski suit that required inserting panels along the sides (this one I wasn't sure was even possible!!). The work is always extremely high quality, at a reasonable price, and Grace is always a joy to work with. Despite moving out of the city over two years ago, this is the only tailor I will use.

Been going to them since I was a kid. Excellent work and service. One time I had to be on a plane the next day or so, and they did an amazing job on a suit. I honestly haven't found anyone else I would trust with my suits. Great original hem on jeans as well. Again, excellent work and service. Update: Still best tailor in Colorado.

Insanely overpriced and when I got home I realized the seam in my pants that needed fixing, hadn’t been sewn. So I was charged for something that didn’t get fixed. I wasn’t given a quote when I dropped my items off and it ended up being $90 for 5 items with holes in them. She reduced the price to $82 after I expressed that seemed high.

JAMIE A. I have been going to Grace at BP Tailor for over 10 years. I'd been to others, but none as professional and truly amazing as she! From hems, to adding a zipper, to shortened cuffs, to repairing a small hole in a cashmere cape, to literally recreating a ball gown, she can do it all! I had a red wine spill on a white suede skirt and LaNouvelle cleaners wouldn't touch it so she put silver brads and feathers to match the ones already on the skirt so I can still wear it! Her talent is astounding.

Had a really great experience here! I originally went to another tailor who turned me away and said she couldn’t do the alterations on my dress and was incredibly rude. I then brought my dress here to Grace and she was so sweet through the whole process! She gave me a realistic explanation of what to expect - not everything can be altered to how you picture it in your head - but still tried to meet my outcomes for the dress. I love the way it turned out! She also gave me a really quick turn around before they closed for Thanksgiving. Will definitely be coming back if I need tailoring in the future.

They gave me the wrong suit pants back. Rather than fixing the problem, they continued to blame me and said that they made no mistake. I now have someone else's pants and they refuse to accept responsibility. They have no records to the person that they gave my pants to. I am now out a nice suit.

Took a bridesmaids dress in for alterations on a Saturday morning. It needed to be hemmed and have the straps shortened. Simple alterations but I don't sew so I wanted a professional to do it. I asked to pick it up on Wednesday (plenty of time for simple alterations). The lady was quite put off that I needed it so soon. She said this normally takes two weeks. These alterations only needed about an hour worth of work, maybe. I asked to pay before I left. She told me I would pay when I picked up. This should have stopped me in my tracks. I would have suffered with long straps and found taller heels if I had known she was going to charge me $110 when I picked it up. This is an outrageous price for these type of alterations. I understand I didn't give her two weeks but SERIOUSLY. I would recommend finding a different tailor.
