I regularly do not write reviews, but my experience with Anna's Tailoring was SO horrible that I am making an exception. I brought my bridesmaid dress to Anna 3 weeks before the wedding date. She took my dress and casually mentioned that she was going on vacation, but failed to mention when. She asked when my event date was and told me that she was going to have my dress finished early. She DID NOT tell me a specific time to come pick it up, but did take my phone number to call me when the dress was ready. As the week of the wedding approached and I had yet to hear from her I began to get concerned. I called multiple times and heard nothing back. I then went to her store and found a letter on her door explaining that she was closed. I was shocked that she would leave for vacation without calling me and leave me without dress for my event. I was forced to buy another dress for the weekend and it wasn't even the right fit or style because of the extreme time constraint. The amount of stress and hardship on not only me but also the bride is ridiculous. When Anna later got back from her vacation she tried to act like she didn't get my 20 voicemails, multiple emails, and Facebook messages. She never once apologized for not calling me and for leaving me without a dress. To top off this horrible experience, her husband then began to curse at me when I asked for my money back! I would NOT recommend Anna's Tailoring to anyone. I feel sorry for everyone else that this happened too because I was caused an enormous amount of stress both emotionally and financially because of Anna's carelessness. DO NOT go to Anna's Tailoring unless you want horrible customer service!
