I brought a full suit here - I needed the jacket a bit tighter around the waist and the pants were too loose around the legs. I got both fixed perfectly for just $48, which from my experience with tailors in NYC is a fantastic deal. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the two guys who work there aren't the most outgoing bunch - there was a quite a bit of awkward silence. Not exactly a huge problem though, I went there for a tailored suit, not conversation. Oh, and I told them I would need it sometime "next week" when I gave it to them. I walked into the store on that Monday letting them know I could pick it up later that day (since every tailor I've used has never actually had the work done until I confirmed that yes, I am still alive and want my suit) and to my surprise, one of the guys plucked it off the rack and said it was ready....bonus points. Points removed however for the fact that I definitely asked for the pants to be a bit more slim than they actually turned out. Oh well.

Don’t go this place. They destroy your clothes. I asked to add one button hole on each side of my Givenchy overalls because the shoulder girdles are little bit long. The holes are uneven. So frustrated. Save your money and protect your clothing. The hems are also crooked. I wish I can find a store to repair it.

Having used these guys for close to 15 years, I find their skill, speed and price to be a perfect fit for me. I have trusted them with everything from Canali and Zegna suits to replacing the pockets in my favorite beat-up old parka. And they're super nice. Also they've started selling men's suits, jackets and shirts and I've gotten some real bargains on very nice garments. I bring all my friends here too!
