I love this place since new management has taken over! They're prices are very good and they are very professional. I have had many alterations done at this location and they have been fair and honest. Don't hesitate taking your business here they are much better than some nearby shops.

Very disappointed. The couple that runs this seem nice, but, she did not do what I paid nearly $50 to shorten straps on a dress, so my bra strap I'm back wouldnt show When I tried it on and there was no change, she s as I'd " just get another bra!". No, " I'm sorry " No refund for not performing the ordered service...just.." what you want cant be done, get a different bra". If you can't the work, just say so, dont take my $ and go hen blame the customer for ordering something you can't do. Shame!

I called three times to confirm they could fix the zipper on my boots. I showed up and they told me they don't do shoes. They then recommended a place for me to go, which had been shut down for quite some time.

I had three dress shirts gifted to me but they were too large. I went into A&M and the woman who measured me for my fit was very friendly and efficient. The service was speedy and the shirts came back perfect! I definitely recommend this place!!!!

Had the lady there put a patch on a jacket... was crooked once and I showed her and she argued with me on how I was wrong, eventually said she'd fix it and to come back in a week...well my wife goes back in a week and it is in the same place, she tells her again it is crooked and she argues some more, then she takes it back and says be back in 5 and puts it back on and its crooked AGAIN. While she was there the lady had hemmed some golf pants for someone else and he said they were wrong as well. If hemming and sewing on patches correctly is too much for this location then I certainly wouldn't trust any major alterations to this company.

This is the first time in my life I felt that I needed to write a review on a business. I brought a bridesmaid’s dress here to be altered. It was just a tad too big, and needed to be taken in. I went to pick up my dress after two weeks, and it was so small it would not even come close to zipping! (I didn't not gain any weight in those two weeks.) They told me they were then going to take it back out, and I could come pick it up the next day. I went to pick it up today, and it was still too small. They said they couldn't fix that. There was also rips in the material all along the seam. This was a brand-new dress, so it should still look that way. I asked for a refund, because she insisted I pay when I dropped of my dress, but she said she would only give me $20 of the $70 I spent on a small alteration. Please do not take anything here to get altered!

Very professional and friendly! I brought in a pair of pants that needed a couple of alterations and I needed them in a hurry to take out of town for a wedding. They got them done in time and while I was getting fitted, the woman recommended doing some extra tucking in that I hadn't noticed. They now fit extremely well in a way I never thought possible! And all of that done in a hurry!

Based on the reviews I took my jeans in for hemming. So many things went wrong. 1 excessive cost compared to other places. 2. Took a long time and the absolute worst thing is I requested a Jean hem of 1 in and got a 2 in dress slack. Refused to discuss it with me when I reminded them I was specific in my request at drop off. She walked away and ignored me. Rude, unprofessional and arrogant. Hope she enjoyed my money. No more from me.

Picked up dress the 1st time and it wasn’t fitting the way we agreed upon. Showed her picture I took of it on me while there there first time and she redid it. Come back the second time and there is blood on it. Don’t have time to get it cleaned so not too happy. If I pay top dollar I expect a job well done.

Great experience here getting alterations on some pieces for an Indian wedding. The post alteration fit is perfect, and the sewing is incredible, I actually cannot even tell where the seams have been cut and resewn. Will definitely be returning for my alteration needs. Thanks!

This place used to d a great job but the owner retired and the lady who runs it now is not up to par. I took a top in to be taken in and have the sleeves attached but when I went to pick it up it had only been taken in. She said that I didn't say anything about attaching the sleeves and to top it off, they charged me $40 just to take it in.
