These guys rock! Dropped off 6 pairs of different pants on Saturday for hemming. They were back to me on Wednesday. They are perfect! It looks factory to me. And so affordable - I called around to 4 different places and these guys were nearly half the prices of some other places in the metro. Will come back again and again!

Needed a last minute alteration; dress pants hemmed. They got it done within an hour. Inexpensive, fast, professional, and very well done! Staff was pleasant to speak with on the phone (several times) and in person. I’ll be back!

First time coming here and so glad I found this place! I had to do a major alteration on a Reformation dress for my sisters wedding (I was the MOH) and was nervous about it but it turned out beautiful! The dress fit me like a glove! Affordable, friendly, quick turnaround.

The alterations are just ok. I won't go back. When I have been quoted a price that I agreed to, I expect to pay that. Not a "oh, that cash price only" no credi card. Does the city know about this? I have a feeling the city should investigate tax evasion on the place!

I took my $200 Vera Wang floor-length bridesmaid dress here to get hemmed and altered. They did a great job! My dress even had a train that they hemmed very nicely. And the dress was originally WAY too big for me, so they took it in a lot, and it fit perfectly when they were done. I will definitely come back for any alterations I might need.

Not a good place to get long dresses hemmed. Last year, I brought a bridesmaid dress to get hemmed. When I went in to pick it up/try on, one side was visibly longer than the other side. Their excuse was " we measured 2 inches all the way around, its just the way the dress is made." I've never heard of that before. I would understand if maybe the front was shorter than the back, but I've never heard of a dress being made where the right side is longer than the left side. Ok, so I politely asked if they could fix it and it took another week for them to return it to me with an even length dress. I took into consideration that maybe it was the brand of the dress so 1 month ago, I brought in another dress to get hemmed and the EXACT outcome happened again. I tried it on and this time, the left side was visibly longer than the right side. A woman came in to help me and I asked her if this was normal for one side to be longer than the other. She said no and said the same BS about "its the way the dress is made" but I brought in a different brand! She was hesitant to offer to fix it and told me that no one will notice. It bothered me that when I stood straight, my right foot was showing while my left was hidden so yes, people will notice. Again, I asked if she would fix it and she did; but I can sense that she was not happy with me. Excuse me, but I am paying for a service here and I do expect to have an even length dress when I drop it off to have it professionally altered. Or are they professional? Anyway, it took them another 4 days to get it correctly altered; but it was an inconvenience and a hassle for me to visit their shop multiple times just to receive a dress that was an even length.

They have no idea about customer service. Never pay in advance. They wanted to charge me twice because the lady had forgotten to stamp my receipt when I paid inadvance as a result when l went back to pick up the item she said you haven’t paid for it even though I explained all the details but still they didn’t believe me. They treat me like a total dirt. So rude and disrespectful . I have been with them for more than two years and now i am not gonna come back because of their very poor customer service.

Fantastic work by fantastic family. I've taken many items to be altered/hemmed and always have had excellent service. The family is friendly and the owner loves to chat Bd share stories. Only wish the hail storm had not taken them out of commission for a few months.

Bought a Tiffany designer gown that I wanted to remove a corset back & have a zipper sewn in. We specifically bought the gown to big for this purpose. We needed the straps taken in as well due to it being to big. I asked them to hem the bottom without cutting the fabric off & was told there's no way that'd work, they had to remove the material. I asked them to add snaps to the necklace piece instead of the hooks on a small piece of string... so I paid $55 for a zipper to be sewn in crooked, the zipper isn't even the same color or even close to the color of the gown& when we zip it the zip up piece dangles out on the back, (the little zipper it had previously hid when zipped) The straps haven't been adjusted yet I paid for it. I was supposed to have them alter the length which would've been way more (over-priced) but I read the review about long gowns & changed my mind! Thank goodness I did! I WOULDN'T WASTE YOUR $$$ unless you want crooked, overpriced not completed garments! Oh & they put the snaps on the necklace piece that's plastic garbage & not only harder to undo/do up then the hooks but one came off within 15 mins trying to undo the damn thing! When I called I got told she left! Definitely not happy with this... especially now I have to go pay extra for someone else to fix it!

I had A+ hem 6 dresses for my vacation. They did it in the week promised, but I found a mistake.probanly a misunderstanding, a ruffle not sewn back on the dress and it became incredibly short. One phone call, and they said they would fix it. It is often easier to do things right than fix mistakes, but A+ handled this fantastically! They have a loyal customer!
