I had an issue with a suit, they recommended a fix, I came back the next morning and the problem still remained. The owner refused to take responsibility for the incorrect fix that they had recommended instead blaming it on me or the tux shop. Friar Tux directly next door wont send anyone to this tailor shop anymore. Terrible customer service, I've never been so upset as a customer.

My dress seam was coming apart so I walked in and she said she'd do it for me right then. 5minutes later it was done! Aaand she did it for FREE! She said it was easy, no problem, no charge. It's perfectly seamed now. Give them a chance.

Took a couple shirts to be tapered here because we moved and their location was convenient. The older lady working there was very unfriendly and hard to understand. She acted very put out by me asking her to repeat herself. When I went to pick up the shirts they charged me more than double my last tailor. Never again. Fair warning to everyone else.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. J Crew gets all their tailoring done here and everytime I've gotten something back it's wrong. They can't measure, follow directions or do anything right. I haven't had this problem anywhere else except here. This place is the worst, do not use them unless you want your garments destroyed.

If you have something that needs to be hemmed or altered, take it to this place. They know what they're doing and they don't charge an arm and a leg.
