Work was done great but had to wait longer than promised

I took my pants to get hemmed and I was told that they can do the original hem I dropped it off and they said it take about a week when the week was up I went back to pick it up on time but when I got there I was told the original hem actually wasn't possible so now I have basically waited a week with no phone call or a warning saying that my pants arent done?! I still have to go to a different place but it's probably my own fault. She didn't pay attention to detail when I had first dropped them off and was pretty vague the whole time. Most place scan have. Ajob like this done within a three days max so when she said a week I should've done somewhere else in the first place. Not to mention that when I had got there to pick up my pants I knew the experience was not going to be a good one considering someone else was arguing over for work the Tailor had just done and her response was "they look better than before" I didn't want to write this review to be rude but I definitely wanted to warn others! I use these reviews when I was picking this place and I hope others read this warning and don't go here like I made the mistake of doing!

Awesome and Amazing alteration! My daughter needed her graduation gown altered. She took it in on Friday, we picked it up on Monday morning. They even fixed the faulty zipper! Excellent attention to detail! Definitely recommend!
