Took a new suit jacket to get tailored, very disappointed. On my third time going back to see if it was ready, I decided to take my jacket somewhere else. They didn't return my deposit, in addition the asked for 10 more dollars. So 35 down the drain.

Very unprofessional! Went to order my dress 2 months before my event and 4 days before they hadn’t even had my dress in for alterations! Nothing was done. Even constantly contacting her for updates didn’t seem to help. All she kept saying was she would call me. Days went by and nothing. Had to get a refund and now on the hunt for a dress for this wedding. Save your time and go elsewhere.

i was told to pick up my pants at 5 since they closed at 6 and I really needed to wear them that day. But they closed before 5, I never got to wear the pants I wanted for the occasion. Completely unreliable.

Very friendly lady hooked my son up with a nice suit for prom less then the cost of renting one would definitely reccomend and return if I need a suit myself

I recently got Married on 4/7/19 I went into European Famous Tailor in a yucaipa! Maria Helped was AMAZING!! I purchased my Wedding dress from Her for all my alternations, cleaning and everything my dress needed!! She Also got Everything for My Whole Wedding Party!! Will Definitely be returning!!

I took my wedding dress to them to get it taken in, and I had a great experience. The dress looked great and fit perfectly, the prices were so much cheaper than other places I had looked, and the staff was so friendly and professional. I can't recommend them enough!
