AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! BY FAR THE WORST PLACE I'VE BEEN TO!!!! These guys have got to be the rudest people that work with the public. They have no people skills and one of the guys has no personality what so ever!! I'm not the only person that feels this way. I saw a customer walking out of there, saying they would never go back there and that they were going to the Corona Chamber of Commerce to make a report. I wouldn't go back there even if they did my work for free.

Great place for any types of alterations. I do all of my custom work at Gigi's place. Gigi the owner is knowledgeable, give great ideas when it comes to customizing your wardrobe, and he makes great custom suits. He does what he promises and is always on time. I highly recommend his shop.

Gigi is a professional tailor with attention to details; always finishes my alterations on time and with a smile! ...my wife loves the contouring he gives her clothes and he alters my shirts and suits to fit perfectly! His prices are a lot more reasonable than other places, especially when compared to the clothing stores where I buy my suits. I highly recommend him to my friends and family!

Gi Gi has been my tailor for more then 6 years, I have used services of other tailors in the area but they did not meet my expectation. A couple of years ago I've bought a suit at Macy's in Riverside that needed tailoring. I was sent to a tailor locally on Tyler st. When I picked up my suit it did not fit (too tight on the chest) and it was ruined. I've ended up giving it away. Gi Gi knows what I want, how I want my pants and shirts tailored and they fit right. What impressed me more that he is just as good with tailoring my wife's jeans and dresses. I would recommend his services.

The service was good, but needed to work around the Tailor's schedule so if your wanting it done quick don't be surprised. It's really hot in the entire area. Customer service was great though very friendly. Only likes to accept check and cash, but will take debit card.

I've always had great results at Custom Fit Alterations. I've been going there for sixteen years. Gigi has altered suits for me, leather jackets, pants all the time including this week. Gigi and I talk all the time. He's fun and he's interested. He works very hard and he's a sole practicioner. I highly recommend him to my friends and co-workers.

I was in a bind (no pun intended)! It was Saturday and I was part of a wedding Sunday afternoon. I bought a new lightweight suit (it was an outdoor wedding on a sunny 85°+ day) but the coat sleeves were too long and the back needed to be taken up. I called Gigi just before noon, explained my situation, and he invited me to come to his shop. He measured me up and told me to come back by 4:00, THE SAME DAY! I did and the coat was ready--a perfect fit! One and done. I don't recommend being this last minute, but if you need something done right and quickly, give him a try! I'll be back.

Just like other reviewers have said. This place is a joke. Ruskie owner isn't very friendly and the prices are ridiculous. Totally overpriced! For the cost of simple alternations you can basically buy another piece of clothing. Ripoff if you ask me. Furthermore if you have more complicated alterations to be made. Beware, after I overpaid for my alternations, it looked like a science experiment gone bad. Loose threads here and there, needle hole punctures everywhere and it didn't even fit correctly. Doubt I would even wear the garment now. So don't waste your time at this joint, go elsewhere, save yourself some cash and headache. What else can I say. Stay away!

Gigi is my go-to tailor for anything I need done, from a simple pants hem, to taking in a dress, to complete alteration of an outfit. He always does a beautiful job! I've been going to Gigi's shop for well over 15 years & I recommend him to all my friends.
