To all prospective clients, Cruz is very knowledgeable in all types of alterations, custom work, color combinations, and can give exquisitely stylish tips. The first time I ever set foot in his shop, I took a store bought suit. He made me feel very comfortable as we began to converse. I assumed that he was just doing it just to make time not feel so long and awkward. This made me stay and, I told him very explicitly that I wanted the suit to go from regular fit to slim fit. He made me try on the suit and had me stand in front of a large mirror. As we both looked at the suit, he patiently and attentively listened to all my concerns as I pointed, pulled and, turned to show my suggestions. He thought for a bit before answering, and then told me exactly what he planned to do to achieve my request. He began marking the suit with pins and a marking tool. Before I removed the suit, he thoughtfully asked me if I agreed with all the tentative modifications. At this moment, I realized that he needs funds to run his business, however, he genuinely cares about his customers and in providing extraordinary customer service. Every step of the way felt like I was leaving my suit in great hands. Additionally, I wanted an expert in their craftsmanship to take on this job, and thats exactly what I got. Cruz, also recommended me a tie that complements my suit, shirt, belt, and shoes. Lastly, he is very personable and charismatic; you will not have any problems communicating your concerns, needs, and wants to him. I am very thankful to have found a really great tailoring shop where I can confidently trust the business person, and am satisfied with the end product. I recommend anyone who seeks this type of business to visit Cruz'z Tailor shop. You will not regret it!!

Miguel is a master! His work is flawless. I had to have a dress with a side zipper altered and it was perfect. Typically side zippers are hard top alter but I went to Miguel based off reviews and they were right! He has so many great reviews and they are right! I'm definitely coming back to have my work clothes tailored. He's my tailor now for sure!
