Due to circumstances beyond our control, my daughter Joell's wedding gown was incomplete within two weeks of the wedding date! Alex, came highly recommended to us and was so kind to accept our plea to finish Joell's gown! Alex was wonderfully calm to work with in completing the design and creation of the gown. She worked hours around the clock to make sure the gown was absolutely perfect! She worked meticulously and creatively to give my Joell a gown more beautiful than she had imagined! We received a multitude of compliments both at the event as well as afterwards via Facebook and Instagram posts! I only wish these photos could show how gracefully the gown flowed as Joell walked down the aisle and danced with her new groom and father!

I contacted Alex through her website, and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I’m quite sure most tailors don’t match up! After being turned down by a couple tailoring places for a few oddly fitting circle skirts I had, I contacted Alex to see if she’d be interested in helping me. The skirts were swing skirts with Ill-fitting waists and hemlines that were rather perplexing, so it was rather imperative that the person tailoring them was familiar with vintage style, especially as it was my intention to wear them with petticoats. Fortunately, Alex was MORE than up to the challenge! She took on the case and was extremely thorough. Our first consultation blew me away as she went through each skirt, measuring and testing, to make sure everything was perfect. All three skirts turned out great! And also let me bring a couple more outfits I needed altered when I went to pick up the last skirt as well. She truly is a master at her craft and beyond generous with her time. She’s also lovely to chat with! I really feel beautiful in these clothes now that they’re properly fitted. I can’t recommend Alex enough!
