They were so nice and professional. I brought in a dress and they were very honest, took measurements, and though it was a very complicated procedure, they did it so well and relatively quickly. Highly recommend and will be returning.

Unfortunately had a very poor customer service experience here on Saturday, June 28 around 3:30pm. Asked a question about adding buttons and was treated very rudely. I was also planning on having some jeans altered but after the experience decided to leave. I have been here before and usually have good service. But after Saturday have decided to take my business elsewhere.

I have taken several work shirts for my husband to have patches put on the sleeves. They know exactly where to place them without the need for explanation. He likes his placed exactly the way he had his uniforms when he was in the USMC. We have also had pants taken in and hemmed, the job was excellent. We take all our items here now. Never been disappointed

Great place! My son had ripped four small holes in his favorite US Air Force ROTC squadron t-shirt over the weekend (he was helping me with some chores), and was pretty sad about it. I took it to Alterations to Go because it was looking bleak, but they performed a miracle! The owner, who is an very kind and helpful person, looked at the shirt and said she could fix it, and I agreed to return in a few days to pick it up. She knew how much my son wanted the shirt back for the 4th of July so, without me asking, repaired the shirt in only a couple of hours. She hand-sewed the holes using backing material, and the result was a t-shirt that looks almost as good as new. The holes are barely noticeable. Thanks to the owner of Alterations to Go, my son has his beloved shirt back, and can now display his pride in being a member of the AFROTC on Independence Day.
