worst customer service ever! I checked this place out due to its location. First time visitor. Price wasn't too much of a factor as my employer reimburses my expenses. His prices were however about 20% higher for a simple task. The gentleman at the front counter had such an attitude there is no way I would want to give him my business or that of any of my 2500 local coworkers. Thanks goodness for facebook groups as I can get a referral for anywhere in the valley as well as share my experience with about 1400 coworkers who use FB by the end of the day

It's been many years since I've found a tailor that I would recommend. The owner, Phil, went above and beyond to help us because we'd been sent a size WAY too big. I met many customers while in the shop, they are return and long-time customers. This alone speaks extremely well for Zizzo's. If you are looking for a tailor, this is really the place to go. The talent, charm and outstanding customer service will make you return.

Phil is a nice guy. Still, my 3 suits make me look like Lucky The Leprechaun they are so tight. Just make sure to let Phil know if you are not in to the new metro, tight, skinny look and feel, that you want the boys to have room to breath. Otherwise, he'll have his seamstress transform your trousers into something akin to women's tights. If you want to exchange comfort for the latest trends, say nothing as they've got you covered at Zizzo! ($600 for 3 suits)

I bypass numerous other tailors to come here. Why? They are good. Are they cheap? No. You certainly get what you pay for. They have been great when I'm in a pinch about turning things like pant hems around in a day. They even repaired a split seam on my pants while I waited and didn't even charge. This is my go to spot now.

I needed a dress altered ( emergency fast for a holiday party) and the gentleman did an amazing job and was very quick. Needless to say I'm not going anywhere else to get something altered or fitted. Amazing, quick service and quality work. Hard to get both. Prices weren't bad either.

Went based on the reviews and was even more pleased with the service. I had a pair of pants hemmed very quickly to make them perfect ankle skimming skinnies. Pants looked 100x more expensive thanks to their work. Very nice and gracious people. This is why they say shop local!

ATTENTION BRIDES DO NOT GO HERE FOR DRESS ALTERATIONS!!!! ZERO STARS! I don't even know where to begin...I live in Flagstaff and I went to Zizzo to get my dress altered because I figured Scottsdale would have better options for alterations. From the beginning, the owner (Phil) was rude and short with me. I called three times to remind him that I was driving down from Flagstaff to try my dress on at 9am, the day before I drove down I called again and a employee informed me that NOTHING had been done on my dress (after 3 weeks). I showed up the following morning at 9am when they were supposed to be open and the owner was not there until 10:30 because "the power was out". He promised to make it up to me by coming in on Sunday and having the dress ready. I called on Saturday and HE FORGOT AGAIN (mind you I live almost 3 hours away from Scottsdale so this is very inconvenient) so I was unable to come in Sunday. I drove down again and my dress was still not altered correctly. He lied and said they hemmed my dress when they didn't (the factory hem was still intact). There was sagging on the right side of my dress and he told me "there is nothing I can do it's because your right hip is higher" (who says that? alter the dress to fit my body?). I needed a bustle for my dress and he simply put ONE loop on the train and hung it on a button; I was later informed (by an actual professional) that the button would have broken off in less than 10 minutes because of the weight of the fabric (he was just being lazy). There were holes in the back of my dress, the pads in the top were too low, it was a disaster. The worst part is that Phil insulted me in front of my bridesmaids ("girls tell her she doesn't know what she is talking about") and somehow made me feel like this all was my fault. He is unprofessional, disrespectful, and just straight up rude. He almost ruined the most important day of my life. I have never posted a review like this but I would hope it will prevent other brides from going through what I had to experience.

Zizzo's is the place to go for anything clothing related. Quick, reasonable and he gets it right. If it's not right, it gets right in a nanosecond! I'd never go anywhere else. I almost hesitate giving this review, because now I'll have to wait longer when I go in!! LOL. Five Stars!

There seem to be some talented tailors on staff, but my tailoring was average to subpar on two suits; Probably a 3-star experience there. As for the service, there basically is none. You'll be lucky to get your tailoring done in two weeks, and even luckier if it's actually ready for pickup when they tell you it is. I imagine this place was really, really good at some point but they're clearly overwhelmed now and it shows, badly.

The velcro on one of my pairs of motorcycle gloves wasn't latching anymore. I brought it in here and had the glove back the next day. The owner is hilarious and was fun to chat with as he rung me up. I'll be coming back for any alterations or fixes in the future.
