Was looking for an alteration to have badges sewn on my uniforms and saw that this location have excellent reviews. Came in 20mins before closing and they took care of us with no hesitation. They expedited our uniforms and still did an excellent job. Not to mention, they truly appreciate service members. They were very kind and professional. Truly recommend this to anyone!

This man is amazing at what he does. I've brought two dresses to him so far, and I have not been disappointed. I'm very tiny so even when I order an XS it's always too big. He is able to tailor it to my exact size from all angles making the items one of a kind. Best alteration place in the city.

Highly recommend rosas alterations!! If I could put 6 stars I would! I bought an expensive designer from a consignment store, as you know do not allow refunds. The size was a couple sizes too big but couldn't pass up on the dress. I came to rosas and the owner Robert had me try on the dress. I hardly had to say a word. He knew exactly what needed to be done. The first fitting took 2 min. Within 5 days I came to pick up the dress and was totally stunned. The dress fit me like a glove. I was so happy I found that dress but even happier I found rosas alteration. Price was very reasonable and the timing was even better.

Rosa's alterations is the best alteration place I've been to. The guy is very professional and knew exactly what I wanted when I brought my dress in to be fixed. I was worried because my dress was too low cut and he fixed it perfectly. I brought my dress in on Thursday and he had it ready in just 2 days. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get an alteration done the right way and in a timely manner.

I had many pairs of pants altered in the seat, which can be difficult to get exactly right. Robert is a master. Everything was finished on schedule and surprisingly well done. You won't be disappointed. Very nice.

Worst experience ever. Called to make sure my dress was ready and he said he wouldn't be really until the next day when my ticket confirmed my date not his date he wrote down wrong. Had to rearrange my schedule when I was suppose to be on the road heading up North for a wedding that I was late for. No apology no discount all he said was well it didn't stop you from getting your dress. Most unprofessional man and over charged me that I have ever dealt with. Gonna disputed my credit card charge and contact the BB. Please don't use him go three doors down for better professional service.

Rosa's is excellent. They just provided same day service to alter my son's suit jacket. My son was only in town for a day and Rosa's took the jacket in, did the alterations the same day and it looks like a custom made suit. In addition, they are so personable and give great customer service. Great service, talented, outstanding product and fast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Amazing work - I have brought an evening gown and my wedding dress to be hemmed and have the shoulders shortened. Their work is amazing and I cannot even tell it has been altered. They hand altered my lace wedding dress at a reasonable price. They are the only tailors I use!

Very impressed how accommodating, professional this place is. We had a dress needed sleeves, and needed to be done the same day. So we googled and found this store. He really knows what he's doing. Friendly, fast turnaround, but most important great work. Have had a lot of stuff done by other tailors that will fray or come undone. All the alterations and hemming done at Rosa's looks like the item was originally made that way. Highly recommended.
