These ladies made the most special custom baby blankets and a throw from my late father in law’s old t shirts. I am so blessed to have met them, and so blessed they were able to bless us with these special gifts that we will cherish for years to come. I highly recommend them!

I would give no star actually!! They have a ton of attitude!!!!! Like they are doing a big favor to you! Do not recommend this place!! Wouldn’t go back even if this was my last option! Instead of focusing on improving yourself , you attack your customers and blame them to give you one star???!!?? Took a pairbof jeans to be altered, picked and checked, she has done a good job in the past, unfortunately the jeans that were altered has some issues. Taking them elsewhere to be repaired.

This is BY FAR the best tailor in Phoenix, well, probably the entire state of Arizona. I have known this woman personally for a decade and even worked with her before she purchased her tailor shop. She is overly accommodating, impeccable, fastidious and seeks perfection in every endeavor. Marion ROCKS when it comes to tailoring.

I'm in the Army National Guard and I needed a tailor to work on my Class A uniform in a hurry. You know how the Guard is, notifying you of a board at the last minute. So who did I have to turn to? Well, the cleaners accross the street told referred me here. My uniform was fitted to the my size and it looked great. They had to do some major reconstruction on my jacket that I hadn't worn since basic training but that ended up fitting just fine. I looked like a great soldier at the board and these guys made it all possible. The price was great, the quality was great, and they speed of service was great too. I highly recommend them.

Not the best tailer, you will find a better one nearby I promise. They charged me $100 to get my pants hemmed and suit jacket altered. But the older lady wouldn’t alter the jacket the way I asked her to and was very rude about it. It’s definitely not worth the price! They older lady disagreed with me when I asked for a modern style of a slim fit outfit. They also charged an additional $20 for a rush fee. I did not like how loose my suit fit on me and I expressed my concerns but they were not listening. I honestly regret going to this place. Please trust me when I say this place is not worth it. Just my drive a mile more for a better place.

Let me start off by saying Jess & Phoenix Custom Tailors is top notch, end of story. "Dax" - you and your bs review lost all credibility when you had to stoop to attempted body shaming of a hard working and beautiful (inside and out) female business owner. You should be ashamed of yourself. Also dude, buttons don't just pop off of jeans for no good reason...perhaps they were under a decent amount of strain? Anyhoo, I don't trust my treasure trove of vintage goodies with anyone else. Jess is quick, talented and oh yeah, very kind. She even helped with my wedding accessories! That says something. Ignore the troll, Phoenix Custom Tailors has a satisfied customer with me.

Immediately greeted me w attitude and made me feel I was doing her a favor bringing my business to her (big, heavyset woman). She gave me a super hard time when she demanded cash upfront and I didn't have the full amount - let's be real, we don't live in a cash society anymore. They don't accept debit / credit cards or any other form of payment. I almost had to leave my backpack as collateral! After picking my stuff up I get home and realize two pairs of my jeans hadn't even been touched. I figure no big deal, I'll just get my cash back & go somewhere else. I told her (1) pair of the jeans the button just fell off and she responds, "I replaced your button snap correctly" to which I respond she didn't. She says, "yes, I did - I put your snap on correctly". She was arguing with me like a little kid ("yes you did", "no I didn't"). It wouldn't make sense for me to argue with her when all I want are my jeans fixed. She implied I did something to make the button snap fall off & I finally responded if that's the way they fix things then they do really bad work. She gets more angry & starts saying to herself (out loud, crazy-like) "I promised myself I wouldn't argue with customers today" - an obvious declaration it happens all the time. I just wanted my jeans fixed. If you come to this place you can forget the concept of the customer being right. She starts going on and on about how horrible her week has been and her kids being sick, etc. - I know it wasn't just the one week because she was the same way the (3) times I saw her. I finally ask her to just give my money back on the (2) items she didn't fix and she says she put a patch on a pair of my jeans - I respond I never asked for a patch to which she continues going on about it needing a patch to which I continue to respond I never asked for a patch. To make matters worse, she said I owed her an extra $10. At this point, I just want out of there. I don't know how else to describe her other than the stereotype of a very angry, very big woman. You can tell she hates her work, hates her life but most importantly, she does horrible work. I would give zero stars if that were an option. Don't go here unless you want lousy work done and a bad attitude. The worst customer experience of my life.

So I came here to get a few pieces of clothing fixed for a bunch of different reasons ( holes, shortening of items, lengthening of items, and overall resizing of items) and Lajauna was so helpful and did such an amazing job the clothes are better then they were when they were brand new. I didn’t expect much bringing a bunch of holy old closing but she definitely did such an amazing job I will be bringing everything here not to mention the pricing is completely reasonable. And fast service! Thank you!
