You know it always throws me in a loop when people don’t have positive things to say about small businesses. The owner has the biggest heart and not only does what you ask but also gives you her professional opinion on whether or not something works. You can come with a bazillion ideas on how you want her to alter a dress and she will do it but she will do it only if she knows for a fact the look you are hoping for is achievable. If not- she will tell you her opinion on how to make it work! SO THAT IT IS ACHIEVABLE. That’s the definition of professional. By using her experience and skill to make your idea achievable. Racel takes great pride in her work and wouldn’t want anyone to take it home unless they are 100% happy. Racel is always upfront about the fees and the timeline and if anyone is unhappy about paying it, you should have said something. Shame on the person below. I’ve never had an issue with Racel. If I’m unhappy with the work Racel is never offended and more than happy to fix my concerns (thankfully has yet to happen). This is one of the few spots in Tucson that is truly a gem in the rough and I would hate for people who are too preserved to voice how they feel about it and later lash out on a pathetic review. Paid $38 in advance to have sleeves of Jacket shortened 1 inch. When I went in to pick it up, The design of the jacket had been changed - she had ruffled the sleeves. I left it another week and it was done correctly leaving only two lines of pulled out stitches visible on outside.

This little tailor place is amazing if you want anything to do with clothes. The owner is very knowledgeable on clothing to where it will fit your body. She also does custom work that just comes out amazing.. She did my custom wedding dress and flower girl dresses for my wedding a few years back.. That came out awesome. I would really recommend her and her work. And the best thing is she even does appointments if you need a special time because of work or school.

I went there and had my clothes tailored. The tailor was very friendly and helpful. I was in a hurry I was on my way to a business meeting. After my meeting i received a text that was my clothes were ready for pick up. I recommend this tailor shop.It is the best thing that's happen to catalina in a long time.

Question Everything

I had bought a pair of pants at Ross and the zipper wasn't the right one fitted for the pants. So someone at the store must have put one on. Well I brought the pants here and she fixed them. It took her 3 weeks but that's okay I understand she's busy and she does all the work. I recommend her, if you can wait. Friendly and LOVES TO CHAT..
