Horrible customer service!!! Save your time and money. Very rude. Unnecessarily expensive. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. There are several other options at much more reasonable pricing and better customer service.

January 17, 2017 The owner (Donna Le) is out of her mind with the ridiculous prices she charges, and she apparently does not stand by her work either. Today i went in to ask about sewing 4 patches on a jacket. She said $40! Really... FORTY DOLLARS. While there, I showed her a special piece she made for my holster where she had over charged me $15 to sew on a small piece of elastic with a piece of Velcro attached to it, 10 months ago. I showed her where it had stretched out and had become loose, and asked her to fix it. She did, then charged me another $5. I told her this was a result of her using cheap material and that I should not have to pay anything. With another customer in her store, she decided it was best to argue about it. I left a 5 on the counter and walked out. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place at all. Way, way, way overpriced and not very good workmanship.

I will never return. Paid $100 for my curtains to be hemmed and she did ones to long. And my others too short. And she kept insisting I measured wrong. When I rechecked once I got home. And again when I brought the curtains home. Thanks for nothing. As I will now have to pay again for them to be fixed. And they are all uneven. The curtains bow in the middle and have a small U shape going on. So disappointed. Ugh
