Best customer service experience I've ever had. Margarita and her husband (owner) we're incredible and completely exceeded my expectations. I had originally bought a cheap Costco suit for $150 thinking I could save some money and have it tailored and look good. The suit was too big and the buttons fell off the moment I put it on. Brothers tailors helped me pick a really good 100% wool suit that not only looked great but was an excellent value. I had a very tight schedule and they were able to get the suit and tailor it super fast and ahead of the wedding which I really appreciated. Learn from my mistakes, go to the professionals and don't waste your time online or with some of the bigger stores. I will always go to them for all of my professional clothes needs.

We had a "WEDDING emergency ". 30 minutes before the ceremony, the groom's pants split. I called Brothers in a panic. The tailor said to come right in. We spend over, she not only fixed the RIP, but hemmed and reinforced the other Sean's in 5 minutes. They were all very supportive and saved the wedding!

I would like to start by saying I rarely write reviews. Brothers Tailors does amazing work.Very professional and quality work!!! I have never had anything come back unsatisfactory. My family..including my mother, father and my sisters have been having alterations done with them for about 15 years. And In addition to the quality its the relationships they bring to their business. To this day they all remember my family (me 18 back then....37 years old now) and still call me by my maiden name when I walk in the door, by accident. It feels very personal there. And in addition to I've never had any problem with any of their work. They are obviously very good at what they do. The whole family!I I have been to 2 other places randomly and I still keep going back :) The others were definitely ok but Brother's is by far the only tailor I would completely trust with my own wedding gown. Men's suites and men's fashion seems to be their specialty but I've brought everything so please check it out! One thing I would like to say at the end of all of this is that these lovely ladies who work very hard will be very straight up about the price of the of their services. And for some people its no big deal, like myself. And for others it is.

I receive at least one compliment a day from both women and men on the style and fit of my business suits from Brother's Tailors and Clothing Co. It's a combination of style, fabric, colors and definitely the tailoring. Pete and Gus have an eye for just the right suit based on your build, profession, occasion and style. Coupled with Vickie, the best tailor in town - you will not get better value. Two of the suits I receive the most buzz about were only $300 or so. Add a phenomenal tie and square and it is complete. They've just expanded and now have triple the store, top of the line lighting to bring out the true colors of the fabrics, a new custom area, and they always make you feel welcome. They aren't only for men, they do more tailoring for women than any business I have ever known. The chains can't fit you to the right size, cookie cutter tailoring and their weekly sales just mask their absorbent mark ups. For true value and fit - check out Brother's Tailors!

I was excited to finally buy some dress shirts that would fit me well even though they were expensive. Unfortunately, my experience at brothers tailors was not a pleasant one. I purchased several shirts. From the first appointment, Gus would repeatedly say that he wanted me happy with the results. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I wanted a spread collar on my shirt and he had it made with a traditional collar. I wanted a fitted look on all my shirts and he would argue with me about the style I wanted. Every shirt he made fit differently (not well). I thought the purpose of paying so much money for a custom shirt was so that it would fit me well. That's not the case with my experience at Brothers Tailors. He made one shirt so fitted in the sleeves that my elbow ripped through the material. He blamed it on wear and tear (I wore it 4-5 times at a cost of over $150!) and he would not do anything about it. In my opinion, the prices they charge are not worth the headache. I also paid for two pocket squares that I never received. My wife bought me a gift certificate for Christmas from their store. I told her to get her money back. I'm sure people have a pleasant experience with them. Unfortunately, I was not one of them.

I guarantee you will have a pleasurable experience at Brother’s Tailors. Not only is the owner, Gus, a pleasant guy to do business with; he will have you laughing at his general demeanor every visit. On my second visit he recognized my face and instantly made me feel welcome. Not only is Gus very hospitable, the rest of the staff follows suit (horrible pun intended). You know the other tailors you go to that know you by ticket number? STOP GOING THERE! Brothers will make you feel like you’re their only customer and will have you walking away feeling like a million bucks every time. I’ll admit, I went into the store based on a friend’s suggestion and when I first walked in, judging by the size of the place, I thought my friend had played a joke on me. Do not be fooled by its appearance. Brother’s is the real deal. In terms of selection they have everyone covered. You can walk in and get a $150 suit off the rack, which they’ll tailor to your specifications at an insanely low price. Or you can walk in and completely customize a bespoke power suit. If you don’t really know what you want or you’re buying your first suit, for example, Gus or the other staff members will work with you for as long as it takes to get it right. When I went in for a custom suit, Gus took no less than two hours catering to my every request. Is that something you’ll get at Men’s Warehouse? The answer is no. To be honest, I will never step foot in another tailor’s shop. I’ve been 4 times and Gus and his staff have already made me feel like family. This is the way small business is done. Yes, Gus calls every guy that walks in the store a model. Yes, when you come in for one suit he’ll ask whether you want 6 or 7. However, the bottom line is that Brothers will give you the best customer service, they’ll make sure you get exactly what you want, and they’ll do it all for the best price in town.

I came in to Brothers tailors looking for a single jacket to match a few pants I had already purchased. My pants are polyester, and there were no polyester jackets in stock, (I knew the chances were slim) oh well. I decided to inquire about a navy blue suit, impressed by the cloth (and price) I decided to try it on. Off the rack it was a close fit, but within a few moments Diego had the cloth pinned to perfection and I was in love with it. I asked for another, something that would stand out a little more. He produced a slightly more expensive, blue and white large check plaid suit. I fell in love. I left with 2 perfectly tailored suits that day, absolutely in love with both. I was in the market for a couple new suits but have grown very tired of the offerings from MW, Jos A. Banks, Macy's, Dillards, etc... because they do not last or fit correctly after numerous $$ spent on alterations. Nordstrom, Saks and The Clotherie are just ridiculously over priced! I've previously taken some dress pants into this location to be altered and noticed a nice selection of suits in addition to offering custom made suits, so I thought I would give them a chance to earn my business. Peter greeted me as soon as I walked in the door... asked me several questions about what I was looking for and proceeded to show me several different styles and colors of suits. He explained to me what sets his suits apart from what you would find mass produced for the department stores. The quality of the material and components in the suits Peter showed me were drastically better than what's currently hanging in my closet... even a $850 Hugo Boss suit! Needless to say, there was no pressure from Peter to buy anything... his knowledge was second to none and he was very accommodating. I bought 2 suits that were tailored perfectly and fit great! I received a compliment the very first time I wore one. They definitely earned my business.

I'll never go anywhere else for my suits. I bought 3 suits, 3 dress shirts, and 5 ties for less than I would have paid at Men's warehouse and the suits I bought are far, far superior in quality. Gus and his staff are very kind and professional. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half and the pants were tailored while I picked out my shirts and ties. No pressure at all just sound advice. He wouldn't sell me a belt because he told me that I should pick my shoes out first so they match even though he could have just taken my money. I don't trust many businesses but I trust Gus and look forward to doing more business with him in the future including buying a bespoke suit.

I love it here! When I needed an emergency birthday outfit, and Peter spent all the time I wanted going over what type of look I was going for, matching me a shirt, tie, socks, and jacket that was extremely professional. I'm really hard to please and Peter nailed the outfit like a complete pro. The options here never end and there is something no matter what look you're going for- easy, classy, or crazy. They even moved the neck button and made it so cuff links could be worn with the shirt on the spot in about 15 minutes. Definitely one stop shopping for the whole outfit - it's 100% worth it! I'm not happy with the service I received here a few months ago. I told the lady here to tapper my pants, when I picked them up I asked her if she could tapper it some more because I didn't think it was enough, she told me anymore tapper wouldn't look good. I decided to take the pants to another tailor one month later and this new tailor told me the pants were never touched by anyone. Needless to say I am very disappointed with this business.

Ok, at first the guy was nice, I had a couple of items done. He seemed rushed but he was recommended so I just thought he knew what we was doing. I paid, got my receipt and left. I came back the following Monday for my stuff and gave the receipt the his wife. She looked at me a couple of times, then said something in another language to her husband, and then he said he needed to charge me more! I ended up paying close to double what he said it was. So either they don't know what they are charging, or his wife had a problem with me or felt like she could swinddle more money out of me. I paid, took my stuff and left. The tailor job was decent, but anyone who knows business knows that if you charge something and mess up, you eat the cost, you don't tell them they have to pay again. I would recommend this place only if you get the prices from the wife, she clearly is running the show, the man doesn't know what to charge!

The prices are pretty good for what you are getting, and they really know how to make a man look sharp. I went in to buy a suit for a friends wedding, and the woman who helped me guessed ALL of my measurements EXACTLY off the top of her head! They know what they are doing here. We went out to eat after the wedding and when I was walking toward my seat I had THREE people make a point of telling me how nice I looked while they were sitting there eating, the last one was a man who (may have been drunk lol) jumped up and said "Goddammit you look good!!!" And I swear I'm not even exaggerating. Maybe that means I need to wear suits more often :) guess I know where to get them now! Thanks Brothers Tailors!!!
