These guys have done consistently excellent work on my favorite leather jacket. They made it fit like it was custom made for me when I first got it, and then cleaned it up, repaired it, and got rid of the bleach stains years later. I would not take my leather anyplace else. Village Tailor knows what they're doing.

I brought in a dress to be hemmed and taken in. I was a bit worried because it is made of delicate materials and has an odd shape. I told them I needed it the next day. I'm just glad they were patient the entire time - I'm super picky and I change my mind a lot but they gave me helpful advice while taking the measurements. They finished it in a few hours and it came out perfect! I would recommend them -- great customer service and craftsmanship.

Super pricey, and not very timely. They promised my tailoring would be ready on a specific day by 130pm, but it wasn’t ready until 2 days later, and I never received any communications from them- anytime I wanted an update I had to call them myself and ask for one, and asked for them to call or email me when it was ready but they never did. As far as pricey- they charged $25 just to shorten the straps on a simple tank, and $85 to hem a bridesmaid dress a few inches on the bottom... quality was fine, but for that price I could’ve paid for half a new dress, so it doesn’t seem worth it.

Great customer service. And very professional. I love going here because experiences are always good. Also they are high tech enough that everything is done in digital. Also they have discount when you leave a review on google! Also there was some defect on my altered jacket altered by them, they immediately supported me with a professional service and I was treated very well. I can’t wait to get my jacket back.

We had an old French leather chair that had a large rip in the cushion. They were able to match and replace the bit of leather in just a couple of days and for a reasonable price. We will definitely be using their services in the future and will recommend to others!

Go there to fit a suit recently bought. The sleeves are poorly done. Don't even bother to take there again because their work is sloppy.
