Never again will I let my wife take her dress to this shop she had a terrible experience. Less than 24 hours of her dropping off the dress she called the lady to pick it back up because she changed her mind and decided to wear something else we'll when she called the next day she couldn't remember my wife and on top of that the lady had the nerve to give my wife's dress to a friend of hers to help fix it in her home VERY Unprofessional!!

I dropped off my hunting coat for a zipper repair. When I was called to pick it up, she gave me someone else's coat. I pointed out mine on the wall and paid for the repair. I didn't wear the coat for a couple months after my move to Idaho. Turns out the zipper was never repaired. I took the coat to a tailor in Idaho and they confirmed this. This tailor replaced the zipper head (the handle you pull) and I was back in business. 5 bucks while I was there. Wish I'd paid more attention while I was still in Anchorage. Find someone else!!

Sue, the owner, is very nice and personable with years of experience in alterations. Be sure to leave extra cushion between pick-up date and occasion date as she tends to run over. My daughter's dress was dropped off with a 10-day deadline. Alteration was not completed by the needed. There was some question as to whether 1/2 the alteration was completed when we needed so Sue provided a complete refund with no hassel. I'm sure we will need another alteration and we will use her service again to see her completed work.
