I walked in with my dress in hand to match with a suit I was hoping to buy with my boyfriend. He has never owned a suit before and doesn’t know the first thing about sizes. We browsed the entire store for over 10 mins with no one greeting us asking if we needed any help. We were clearly ready to spend money hence the dress to match the suit to but the customer service was terrible. I feel bad for the owner missing out on the revenue due to bad management/customer service.

I had an exceptional experience and interaction with the manager Shane, at the Muldoon location today. I went in with an issue and he was able to solve it easily and went above and beyond to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend not only Shane, but also his other employees, as a quality place in Anchorage to purchase dress clothing.

They system can somewhat over complicate weddings etc. However!! Their service is phenomenal & we only missed a few items (cufflinks etc had to be taken from groomsman, crisis averted) they were certain to compensate & returns went great.

We came here cause my fiancé didn’t find a suit for our wedding yet and we only had one week to find one. The first time we came we weren’t met with much greeting but when we came back a second time, two of the associates we’re just AMAZING. Hands down, AMAZING. Especially with my fiancé who’s not very well versed in suits in general, we found not only one but 2 suits for him. Highly recommend.

I didn't mind coming here to rent the final pieces of my tux. This place is a little pricey compared to other local tuxedo rentals. Though I was not impressed by the employee culture they have there. Bad greeting and the staff called each other kids. I was not impressed by the level of unprofessional repertoire. Otherwise, decent services.

The manager at the Tikahtnu store (ask for him) has taken amazing care of me and my family every time we come in for the last several years. On one occasion, due to a death in the family, I came in 30-mins before the funeral and they cranked out a a ridiculously good looking outfit for me, and at an outstanding price. I always feel respected and honored when we shop at this store. I only wish I had stumbled upon this store and manager before.

I am planning for my wedding and rented tuxes for myself and my groomsmen 4 months ago. I was promised that i would have the tuxes 1 week in advance. i am 2 days away from my wedding and my groomsmen have their suits and i do not. My suit was no complicated, in fact the only difference was the bow tie. If you want to rent from them on a deadline, i would not recommend them. This is unacceptable on every measure, It is not easy for me to make it from Big lake to Muldoon.

They claim that their press is broken, but when you do purchase a suit the press seems to be magically working again. This happened to me couple of times at this location. I bring the same suits I bought from MW to get it pressed but unfortunately I have been turned away every singletime due to a "broken press".

We went in to check our colors and we changed them in the store. My fiancé got his measurements done as well. We left and they never updated our colors or put in the measurements in the system. We ended up changing the colors online but will have to go back in just to see it in person and double check. Then, my father in law drove all the way up from kenai to get his measurements in as well. They also never put his in the system. So now he will have to make a 3 and a half hour drive and get a hotel for the night to get his measurements... again...
