I WILL NEVER GO BACK! I looked at all the other reviews, and decided to come to this place because most were all 5 stars. I ignored the one bad review because everyone else said how wonderful their experiences were here, well THEY WERE ALL LYING. When I got there they told me it was $45 for pink and white solar french tips. That was only with the solar powder directly on top of my own nails. No tips to make them longer.They would have charged me an extra $5 to glue on tips, so thank god I'd been growing my nails out already. Then I wanted to do just my ring fingers a different color, and they wanted to charge me another $5 for that! Just two fingers! So I just decided to go with all white, but I literally had to tell the girl to clean the pink off of my tips before putting the top coat on. When she didn't do a good job on one of my fingers, I politely asked her to go over it again. She did, right after she sighed very loudly and grabbed my finger kind of aggressivly. She also messed up one of my nails on her own, and seemed to have an attitude when fixing it as well. I was going to get my eye brows done also, but they charge $10, and with the service I had already recieved, I sure as hell wasn't paying for more. And to top everything off, my nails ached the second I left, and still hurt the next day. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

I was thrilled to find Jeannie at Nail Spa! Won't go anywhere else, they do a fantastic job. People just pop their heads in to say hi as they walk by. That is how well respected this buisness this is. I would suggest them hesitantly because I wouldn't want anyone to take my appointment!!

I took my Daughter and Granddaughter for pedicures and the experience was awful. They had 1 Person doing my Daughter and another person for my 7 year old Granddaughter. The 1 doing my Daughter started with me and did only my cuticles and filed poorly. She then proceeded to do my Daughter’s pedicure which she finished completely as I sat for 40 minuets waiting to have mine done. I decided not to have polish or massage and lotion. At that point my Daughter and Granddaughter were done. The level of service was unacceptable. The charge was $60 for all of us and she asked for a tip which I didn’t pay. They were rude and never bothered to address the issue or apologize. I would not recommend this salon and never go there again.

They have specialty manicures and pedicures with different scents and treatments which is pretty unique for Cheyenne. The prices here are higher than other salons in town- depending on who works you either get your moneys worth or just a standard pedicure. They offer one brand of normal polish and are not always able to provide all of the services they offer unless you make an appointment. The inside is professional and soothing.

I always ask for Jimmy but everyone here is patient, detail oriented and just all around amazing. I was scared to try this place based on the reviews but I wasn’t happy with other places I tried in Cheyenne. My nails turned out great and exactly the way I wanted them. It was nice and quiet and the staff was friendly and took their time. Definitely will go back!

I have been to this salon two times and had the owner do my Back fill for my solar nails. The average price for a full back fill is 35 dollars. She charges 45. I new this making the appointment I thought if she does a good job it was worth the extra money, but today she not only charged me 45 but an additional 5 dollars for a broken nail. I normally tip 5.00 but I left filling very ripped off. I wont be back. There are way to many salons that do good work and are more reasonable.

Was hesitant based on reviews but went anyways to try a new place. Turned out to be very pleasant. Really nice people, great products, and good work. Don't have acrylic but use gel and I really enjoyed it. Will be going back for debase! My Nails look great and going back for a pedicure tomorrow!

They did a great job on my pedicure and nails. But freaked out on me and my sister becuase we said mani vs a full set. So they kept going off on us for that. My sister and I both have children with disabilities and they were getting impatient with them. Wendy yelled at my daughter for over filling her water cup. And kept telling her how bad she is and no over and over again. To the point my daughter with special needs started crying and screaming I wanna go home. Won't be going back.

UPDATE: to Mamie Adkins I just added one of my reviews that had been deleted from Yelp before and somehow added one of them back I found on Google Maps. Hopefully, I will find my others. IF I can help just one person from enduring what lies ahead for me-time used to post this review would be worth it. On Thursday this past week, I returned to my doctor, suffering from intense pain in my three nails. I had hoped he could fix the sides so it did not keep driving down into my finger. His reply is this: Until my nails are repaired, this pain will continue and get worse. Mind you, I am a 72-year-old diabetic so this scared the bejesus out of me. I have to be admitted to the hospital, report to surgery and be put to sleep. Three nails will be removed, two from the left hand and one from the right hand. Then a skin graph will be taken from both feet (toes) and used to repair the nail plate this man at Raindrop Salon destroyed with his Dremel. THINK ABOUT THAT! Both feet bandaged, both hands bandaged -does anyone know how I am to function? Get dressed or go to the bathroom? Every time you get dressed, go to the bathroom or shower/wash your hair, think of what you would do without the use of either hand. If you are a diabetic, would you not be afraid of infection and the possible loss of limb? I do. I had beautiful nails up to about 18 months ago. He was so busy not paying attention and having a bad attitude about time this was the result. I kept telling him he was hurting me but after the third time I just said "QUIT". I wish I had at the first nail but I was not used to anyone using a Dremel and he said he was almost done. Does anyone know a great attorney? I need one and you possibly will too if you go to this salon anyway. I hope more than you know that no one else ever suffers as I have. I cannot touch, pick up and do anything if it means with my fingers. I wish I could take photos well enough for you to see just how bad this is. Just image your nail with scar tissue building up under your nail due to injured nail plates from a Dremel. Now, as time passes it gets so large the nail lifts and has a high center and narrows the opening to the nail underneath. The edges dig into the finger itself. A ridge forms along the sides. Very disappointed with my visit today. I had an appt made for 12:30 , but had to wait until 1:00. I selected the basic pedicure with shellac and all that was done was a nail trim a cuticle trim that included a nice big cut on my big toe and some lotion rubbed on legs. When I've gone in the past my feet were always scrubbed with a pumice stone. She offered the cheese grater, but all that does is cut my heels and I'm almost positive those aren't even supposed to be used anymore. I asked for a sparkle top coat and she did clear. Seems like $40 is rather expensive for the service I got.

I was so disappointed in my shellac manicure. The whole service took 15 minutes. I have never had a manicure where they dont initially soak the nails. After buffing the nail bed, they went straight to polish....and for the massage, they used one tiny drop of cuticle oil instead of using lotion that was right next to it. DEFINITELY not worth the $30.00.

Agree with one of the other reviewers. I have had a negative experience at this salon where the owner waxed my eyebrows and actually pulled off a big piece of skin!! It was so big that I had to treat my skin with antibiotic cream and a bandaid!!! Owner was rude when I told her about it later and offered no refund or even a reduced price!! I will no longer go there!!

I was in Cheyenne for a funeral last week, all the way from Kentucky. I needed my nails done before I saw my husband’s family and before the funeral. This place had good reviews so I went. The moment I got back to where I was staying and could see in actual light, my nails were horrible. I kept my acrylic tips on from my last visit at my home salon, and Raindrop just added a different SNS color. They charged me $45!! The color wasn’t to the edge of my nails. They didn’t shave down my actual nail. And my cuticles weren’t even done. The color before was maroon and you could see it under the new black SNS!!! I called them, my friend called them, and my friends mother called and they still just kept telling me to come back in. I didn’t have time to go back to get them “re done”. I was in town for a funeral and had obligations. They wouldn’t refund me and now, a week later, one of my nails POPPED OFF. SNS should last for 3+ weeks. I’m very angry. And don’t want anyone to go here because all they care about is money.

The gal that did my nails, an acrylic fill with get polish and two repairs, was very nice. She did an acceptable job and was very friendly. HOWEVER for my nails and a pedicure for my boyfriend, their cheapest one, I paid $90. with a 15% tip. This place is outrageously priced for a generic Vietnamese salon. There was nothing "fancy" or "extravagant" about this place that warrants prices like this. I'd be willing to pay that much again if I were to be receiving exceptional attention and customer service, but I had made an appointment for 3:15 and did not get seated at a station until 3:40. This place is nothing special and I will not be returning.

Today I visited Nail Spa in downtown Oregin City with my mother. The gentleman who was working on my pedicure asked if I'd like my toenails shorter. I said yes. I couldn't see how short he was taking them because his hands were in the way. Once he finished filing, I noticed my toenails were botched. They weren't straight, more importantly, he had cut them so short the skin under, yes, under my toenails were showing. My mom and I brought it to the owners attention once he was with his next client. She said sorry. Then she called another gal over and she asked if I asked for them to be shorter, I told her yes. She said "well, that's a lesson for next time, just say a little short." Then when the owner way about to run my card, my mom asked if she could provide a discount. She just said no. I let her know I would be writing a review. They did apologize, but then acted like I should have been more specific. If he was unsure, as the practionier, he should have clairified. My toes nails are so short they hurt and there's the potential for ingrown toenails. I will NOT return and highly suggest finding a place where they treat their customers with respect and take ownership when needed. Note: most of the good reviews on this place are YEARS ago.

Look out Ladies and Men!ll . This is the worst salon in perhaps anywhere in the world, let alone Cheyenne. I was new to the area and the salon was nearby to where we live. I was seen by the man in the shop whose chair was in the back of the shop on the left side. I used to have the most beautiful nails until we moved to Cheyenne. In less than an hour he destroyed my nails for probably life. Who uses a dremel to remove nail polish off natural nails? He did! :All while he told me he planned to have his own shop. God help anyone who goes to him. I have been fighting to keep my nails and the possibility of bone infection for months thanks to this salon. I have already written one review months ago when this happened but following my review up everywhere possible. The damage he has done does not stop there either! Months of pain, doctors and surgeon visits, expensive compound solutions for treating my nails, and threats of losing three nails and even the possibility and fear of bone infection. That’s on top of having having to go through several courses of anti-biotics to treat a fungal infection I picked up from there. The scar tissue under the natural nail from the trauma has forced three of the nails to grow curved and curled digging into my skin. I’ve never had problems with my nails and have no idea when this nightmare will end. The medicine needed to cure the infection is not covered by insurance and I was told it would tear apart my gut and kidneys. So thanks to Rainbow Salon this is going to not end well. A great day at the salon! So keep driving on past this salon and consider doing them yourself. This is no Rainbow but certainly a time when many Raindrops of tears happen ias you would hope to never experience in any lifetime. If I could have rated them a zero I would have, but that rating is not available. One star is too good for what has and is happening to me. Next stop...an attorney! O

It’s too bad that some folks have had poor experiences. Mine was nothing short of awesome. The service was wonderful, everyone was so nice! The salon was very clean. I didn’t think the prices were unreasonable, especially for not having to huff acrylic fumes for an hour, it was worth the extra pennies. The techs take a lot of pride in their work. Great experience, I highly recommend!

"Easy" is my nail technician and he is absolutely wonderful! Best service in town hands down. They use gel to fill your nails instead of acrylic so you don't have to deal with the unpleasant smell while you're there. Service is wonderful and they engage in great conversation while doing your nails. I have been to many other salons in town including American Nails, Diva Nails, Lady Q Nails, and this one is hands down the best. Don't waste your money or time, just come here and expierence the best!

3 times I’ve gone with an appointment and turned away. I had been coming here for over a year. The last excuse was, ‘There are 3 at 3.’ And my appointment was for 3. Maybe if there were names next to the times instead of just ‘3’ it wouldnt have happened but I said 3 because I got off at 245 but apparently she put me down for 245. The people there are nice but after 3 times there really isn’t an excuse. I won’t be back.

Nail technicians are rude and unprofessional. The nail tech who did my pedicure was picking at her own feet with tools while my nails were drying. She worked on her own feet and set tools on a salon towel. I was later sat at her table for a manicure. She was put off when I asked for a fresh clean salon towel at her station... rather than her dirty foot towel.

We had appointments booked for a bridal party. Pedicures and manicures. The appointment was super rushed and nothing special. I've never had a pedicure where they don't file your feet with a pumice stone or foot file. The whole thing was very odd. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Giving them a chance to fix this before I review in full. . Thanks for asking. I did leave a note with my phone number so you could call me. My pedicure was rushed and he up-sold me the wax. He forgot to do my cuticles until I mentioned it after he had started the base coat. Even then, it was only done on one foot. The massage was very short. And the polish not only looked horrible, but it also got smeared 3 hours after I left. You can see in the photo the ugly polish and cuticles. I would have rather been told you were too busy than to have had a rushed deluxe/$65 pedicure. Also, the guy grabbed towels from the two pedicure station/sinks next to mine and they were from the previous customers- not new, clean towels.

By far the best pedicure in town. Jay is the one to go to for dip style nails. She is fast and efficient. My nails have never looked so good. The dip also cuts down on how often I need to get my nails redone. Highly reccomend.

I should have read the reviews before i went. :(. I was severely overpriced. For me to have a full set put on and take off the old ones, it was $60! When i confronted the owner about why I was being charged $45 for a full set plus $10 to have the old ones taken off(then it was $5 more for who knows what) , but the website says a full set is $35, she said the site hadn't been updated. I told her you have to go off what prices are posted, she then said it's because I wanted the acrylic tips put on. I said the women told me $60 before she knew i wanted tips and then tried to say i was lying and no she didn't. She then said that's why they tell people the prices before they start because they're more expensive then everyone else. But What's funny is on their website it references great, affordable pricing over 3 times. The owner then told me that is how they do things there and these are their prices and if i don't like it then i don't have to get my nails done there, which is absolutely correct, however it's very disappointing that a salon owner has to lie about their prices and charge her regular customers less than new ones. She knowingly rips people off. Only reason I went there is because my normal salon was busy, but I will not ever go there and will make sure friends in Oregon City know how badly new clients are treated here.

I have tried several nail places around town and this is my favorite. The only problem I have is that they are almost always very busy, which requires an appointment. I love how clean the establishment is and how they sterilize their instruments and the tubs after every use. I have been going there for several years. I like the way they cut my toenails, massage my legs and the selection of nail colors is outstanding. The absolute biggest selling feature for me is that the shop doesn't reek of acrylic chemicals like every other nail salon I've been to. I am not sensitive to smells, I just can't stand that particular one.
