Love it! Gregg did an excellent job on my hair, and I got a spray tan from Dejah, and it looks amazing! I feel so pampered when I go to 11th Street Spa! My daughter also got her ears pierced and they we're super kind and patient with her, and showed her there was no reason at all to be scared! Great group of people, excellent place to spend a few hours getting pampered!

I'm in Cody, Wyoming, on vacation and needed a hair cut. I called Hair Affaire and 11th Street Spa and they were able to schedule an appointment for me with Mavis. She is a doll!! I just loved her and knew that I was in good hands! She is so sweet, funny and friendly...and she gave me one of the best cuts I've ever had! If you're in Cody and in need of a hair cut, I highly recommend this salon and be sure to ask for Mavis...you won't be sorry!!! Thank you Mavis!!!!

So the majority of this review involves me indirectly. I recommended my friend (let's call her Stephanie) this place due to the good reviews. So I feel personally responsible for her and whats happened to her. Stephanie went in for a lightly layered hair cut and a color job. She was told that the color she wanted was impossible for one session and they went with something else. Now, the picture of what Stephanie wanted and what she got were two polar opposites. The the only conclusion I can draw is that the stylist looked at Stephanie and her tattoos, and profiled her heavily. There is no way you can botch the cut she wanted so badly that you end up with a highly alternative haircut. After the session Steph was told to go home, play with her hair to see if she liked and call if she had issues. Well she had some issues and called in, the stylist said she was very sorry and was told Steph could get the full refund, was directed to call the manager. This is where things go south. The manager would only give her a partial refund and made a comment on how she "didn't believe" the cut was bad, and wanted pictures for proof. They cut Steph a check, which I was present for, and that was the end. We had another stylist attempt to fix her hair but we were told there was not much to do.

Absolutely terrible ,I had to show the lady where she was missing ,interesting how people don't know the difference between the 0 and 1 ,better do a haircut by yourself then go over here.

Mavis saved my hair from a terrible demise at the hands of another local salon. I came in with inconsistently bleached hair that was so bad I had to wear a ball cap over it in public. It was a hard save but she consulted with her colleagues there and found the right combination of dye to get it back to my natural color. I will definitely be coming back here for all of my hair care. Im so grateful for her great work.

Mavis always has great ideas for my hair. I love doing some of it purple or blue and she knows what will and won't stay in or look good. I definitely trust her opinions. That being said, she is no 'stick in the mud' sort either! Love going to her.
