Today I received the best massage of my entire life from Nicole. Seriously. I have been going to Sunflower Spa since 2012 and I have never had a bad experience there. The therapists' do a wonderful job of tailoring the experience for your needs and today's massage was the highlight of my time that I've been going to the spa. I am sorry to say my massage with Nicole was the worst massage I ever experienced. She seemed rushed, didn't spend much time on any area. All around extremely dissatisfied. My husband had Ashley and had a similar bad experience. We have been coming to Sunflower for years and this is the first time we both experienced a bad massage. We did not feel relaxed afterwards at all. Sadly disappointed!

I wrote on their Facebook page about my experience and how I was disappointed in it and they "liked" it... 5 months later. I don't think that is an appropriate way to respond to a customer issue. I will never recommend this place or spend money there again.

I paid for the Sunshine massage and was extremely dissapointed. The pressure throughout the entire massage was the same. I felt rushed and no extra work was done on my shoulders, neck, and/or problem areas. This was my first time here for a massage and I will not be coming back.

This spa is going down hill quickly. I do not recommend going here!!!! The spa has become so busy and their quality of service is very horrible!!!! The therapist are very unskilled, unprofessional and rushed. The owner does not have a handle on this place anymore nor cares about the quality of service the clients receive. Very poor customer service! Their website offers automated appointments for couples massage, so I booked 6:30pm. They called me back saying it's only available during afternoon hours for couples, latest is 3 or 4pm, so I had to cancel. Do they assume one or both of a couple doesn't work or go to school, as in our case? They're losing nearly 100 in revenue because evening couples massage is not available? Stay late and make the money!!!

Reception staff is friendly and welcoming. Waiting area is created to help start the relaxation process immediately. Have had three main massage therapists, loved them all. They take the time to listen to what you want, even if it means a quick change from what you put down in the paper. I’m a regular there, and they know me and what’s going on, that will effect my appointments. Love them all!

This is my first time taking some time to acctually right a review. But this place does need one. I went there for my first massage ever, left with saying it’s the best massage even tho it was only my first. 3 massages later at different ones. This by far the best one I had. Amber did really understand what I needed. The only I think it would make it more perfect if they Have showers after you finish so can continue enjoying the rest of the day.

I went there last year for my birthday and i was amazed! I was welcomed with a glass of water and very friendly staff. They made me feel comfortable the whole time I was there. I did a 60 minute massage and a 30 minute facial; I was glowing!!! I wish I could remember the lady I had because I would honestly recommend her to everyone! I will definitely be coming back!!!

This place is terrible. I bought my fiancee a 75 minute massage (through a gift card) and they said that she only had a 60 minute massage once she was there. On top of that it was suppose to start at 11:30 but the lady didn't get in there until 11:40... she then was done by 12:34. Long story short: 56 minute massage for the price of a 75 minute massage.

Was referred by my chiropractor after a recent car accident. I was 31 weeks pregnant and needed a massage to loosen up my lower back muscles to allow for movement in my next appointment. Although the prenatal massage was NOT relaxing, it was exactly what I needed to speed up the healing process. **Edit: They have not yet contacted me.** I used to really enjoy coming here. However, the last time I visited, my private medical condition was discussed in the public lobby. I was not visiting the spa alone, so the person I was with (and everyone in waiting area) were surprised to learn of my condition. It happened again after the massage — even though I hold told the person who did this that this information was not public. She didn’t even apologise. I contacted the spa about this but have not heard back. I’m really shocked, as publicly disclosing my personal medical condition is a very big deal. I was really upset by this situation for days after and talked to a few folks in the medical industry. They were absolutely shocked as well. They told me how important personal confidentiality is and how they are required by law to honour privacy. So Sunflower Spa, this is the third time I’ve tried to reach you regarding this distressful experience. Please take care to respect the privacy of your customers. You ask your customers to disclose intimate details of health history to you. I expected that you would respect and protect that information. This incident was a major breach of trust and I don’t want anyone else to have to go though this. please take better care with our personal information.

I have been going to sunflower spa for a few months now initially for tightness in my back and I have nothing but good things to say about the place, I felt out of place the first time i went there but everyone is very welcoming when you walk in the door, I can't vouch for all the massage therapists but I would highly reccomend mica "micaela" for any type of massage treatment you need, shes very informational and makes sure you are comfortable with the amount of pressure shes applying and knows what she is doing. I will be continuing to go there indefinitely, I suggest anyone who goes here request micaela to be there massage therapist, 5 stars all around.
