Been here for shellac and dip manicures. They will fix any issues for manicures under a week old. Usually great wait times and service. Prices are comparable to other salons.

This used to be a really good salon who took pride in their work. As of late they ask you to come back later on even though you made an appointment because they are booking too many appointments. Also, the quality of their work has really gone down. Things are really rushed even though their prices are not cheap. I have been coming for years and have really seen a decline since it switched over to Bellagio.

Best pedicure I ever had but someone else did my nails and rushed. The guy that did my pedicure was great. My nails were even and cleaned up cuticles. Someone else did my manicure and they were getting busy. She rushed so much that she didn’t even have me soak so pushing the cuticles down was painful and incomplete. I wouldn’t say that I even got a full manicure.

I was aware that this salon was under new management as of recently and I have to say that it has negatively affected them. I told the manager (I assume) that I was disappointed and will not be back and all he could say was “Have a good weekend hun.” Rude, unprofessional, not worth your time!

The man at the front desk is quite rude with no people skills. I've been there 6+ times and recently the wait time has increased for a pedicure. You might get a seat to soak your feet; however I've waited 30 min to have a tech start the pedicure.

New to the nail salon industry, I took my daughter for her 10th birthday. I got a pedi and she a "princess" mani/pedi. It was a neat experience, my daughter loved my pink toes. Manager (owner? Male) was very accommodating until prices were discussed. I picked her "packadge" from a book and the price listed wasn't what I was charged. When I questioned it, all the sudden there was a language barrier. (Hadn't been to that point). I want going to ruin her special day by arguing so I paid it. I felt a little taken advantage of

Generally I really like this place but today I did not get a very good pedi the scraping was missed but only on 1 foot (???) And the was not going to massage me....I had to say something. I am happy that when I called to speak with a manager they offered me a discount for next time....hope it is a decent one!

This was a good place. The wait was a little long, so make an appointment. But the employees were amazing and nice. The way this establishment is decorated is so beautiful. I give this experience a solid 5 stars. You won't regret it!

Absolutely stunning salon, have never been to one like it, gorgeous. HUNDREDS of colors from regular polish to shellac to dip. I went in for an upgraded shellac pedicure and it was hands down the best pedi I have ever gotten. Louis was very friendly and did one heck of a pedicure. Will definitely be back to have Louis do my nails as well!

Vi is amazing! She takes her time and asks questions during the time spent with her. She makes sure the color and shape are correct. If you suffer from an ingrown nail she knows how to get all the way to the cuticle! We always have a great time and her husband is great! Thanks for always taking great care of me! -Amanda

The worst experience I've ever had. The nail technician is very pushy, she keeps asking me for the most expensive pedicure. I turn her down and she is very rude. The relaxing time turn to nightmare. All they want are your money. I talk to the manager and he didn't say any nice words

While the place is clean and well decorated, I absolutely will not be back . My mom and I had appointments set up for Mani/pedis. We arrived a few minutes early and picked out colors. They do have a fair selection of regular polish and shellac polishes . During the pedicure I had to ask the technician three times to ease up on pumicing my foot. She was way too aggressive and kept going back to the same sensitive spot. Once that was done, they set us up at a drying station. We sat for 30 minutes before flagging someone down to see if we were still going to get out manicures. They said they forgot about us! We had two different technicians do our nails. Mine didn't even have me go wash my hands after she put oil on my cuticles. They definitely rushed through our manicures. Nothing was done to make up for the 30 minutes we spent waiting. And no comments were made in regards to our hasty manicures. But to top it all off, the photos I've included were taken 24hrs after our appointments. My mom's nails held up a little better than mine, but still should have lasted longer than 24hrs. TL;DR: 10/10 would not recommend unless you desire to be forgotten and rushed through services you still pay full price for.

Eyelash extensions looked great but scheduling for refill has been a nightmare. They can never get you in. Nails fell off. Seem to be cheap quality.
