I went there to have a nice relaxing day full of massages, facials, nail services, etc. The facility is very nice. All of the people I met were super nice and helpful. My downfall was the quality of services for the prices I paid. $140 for a massage that was very touch and go, not even close to quality massages I have received in other places. Facial consisted mostly of very energetic scalp massage, but was missing some key elements of the facial itself, and was sloppily done. No attention or care to my skin, which beats the purpose. Even though the nails lady was SUPER nice, the quality of her service was really subpar - like a first timer applying nail polish, uneven lines, runoffs that were not fixed, uneven color coverage. The worst I have ever received, and also the most expensive! The nicest part of it is the relaxation lounge and Miss Deborah who makes sure you are well hydrated by bringing you cocktails and other drinks as requested. The chairs there are superb!

Tamika was AMAZING! I loved every single second of the facial I received from her! This will be my new monthly splurge. It was so worth it! Everyone was very friendly as well! The steam shower with 4 shower heads was unreal! Loved it all!

The facial I received was great and among the best I’ve ever had, but I expected more from the overall experience. The locker room was nice but small. I liked the coed steam room since I was here with my husband so we could enjoy that together. I don’t know if I would go back, though, with so many other options in Nashville.

We went to this spa for my bachelorette party weekend, and each of us got different services: a manicure, pedicure, and massages. We had such a blast! This place made us feel like royalty and the quality of the staff was superb!! We felt ourselves asking if this is what heaven was like and kept finding more and more surprises that added to the value of this amazing spa. Robin, Jen, Tamika, Niki, Deb, Megan, and Claudia were perfect and we thank you for everything!

Very relaxing atmosphere with super friendly staff! I was staying at the JW next door but decided to compare the spas to see which one I would prefer. Hands down, Rhapsody was more welcoming! The steam shower was a very nice addition to my 2 services (80 min relaxation massage and sole reviver). Brittany did a nice job with both services. The mimosa to start was an awesome indulgence to start my experience!! I would highly recommend!

Great experience for us. The spa staff is super helpful and the amenities are great. I recommend the hot stone massage. My wife loves her facial experience and massage Relaxation room to wait and recover is great and the locker rooms have some great features in them. I took advantage of the steam feature in the shower and it added to my relaxation and the overall experience.

My husband booked an all day spa experience for my birthday and WOW! This spa is amazing. From the moment you walk in you feel relaxed! All the employees were amazing particularly loved Robin who works in the nail salon! If I could live in the spa I would! Amazing vibe and worth every penny!
