I saw the great reviews and prices, so I thought I lucked out and found a place to relax since I've been visiting a sick family member in the hospital for a week and half. This wasn't my experience unfortunately. Be prepared for language barriers..Although I specified that I wanted a swedish massage, NO deep tissue, that's exactly what I received. The masseuse didn't ask me during the massage if the pressure was okay, and a lot of times I was holding my breath or cringing for an easier touch. My behind wasn't covered properly And the towel kept dragged down, and I wasn't very comfortable with that. It felt rushed, especially when she was working on my legs...a lot of hitting on calves and rough handling or pats. When the massage was done, she suddenly tapped the sides of my feet and said "done!" Otherwise, the front desk girl was very sweet. The facilities and space was relaxing. But for the reasons mentioned, I won't be returning nor recommending this place.

Best massage I've ever had! CiCi was amazing! If you want a DEEP tissue massage she's your girl. I've never had a massage where anyone has pushed hard enough for me to really feel it until I came here! I'll never go anywhere else!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our 90min couples massage. Very reasonably priced, and such a professional and calm environment. We asked for deep tissue and boy did they deliver! My boyfriend added on the free cupping, and I added on the free hot stones. Definitely recommend the hot stones! Will for sure be coming back.

HIGHLY recommended!!!! Went there spur of the moment because I had a spa finder gift card and had Mimi. She was amazing!! I had massages before but she LITERALLY had me leaving there like a wet noodle. As a Nurse my body takes a toll, but I feel like a whole new person!!!

First time i've ever gotten a full body massage was from here. Prices are really good location was a bit confusing to find at first so we had to call to figure out how to get in. The biggest downside was our massuses were bith loudly whisper talking while giving our massages. Couldn't really enjoy the moment when you could hear them better than the music. However the massage itself felt very good almost put me to sleep

My fiance and I have been getting couples massages for about a year, every other month or so, and have loved it! We have had appointments with several different therapists and have never been disappointed. My mom used to be my massage therapist before she moved away so I am a tough critic. She specialized in deep tissue and I had never found anyone that could compare to her until I started coming here. The therapists here know how to truly get down to the deep tissue and help you find relief. Adding the float before the massage was also fantastic. Looking forward to trying cupping with my next massage!

I had a very pleasant experience with my Chinese massage therapist. However, afterwards, when I went to pay for my massage, a caucasian therapist, Pam, was degrading another customer in front of me for not leaving enough of a tip. Pam was frustrated and was even verbally abusing one of the other therapists. I was very uncomfortable and felt that she was way out of line. I called Relaxation Oasis to inquire on who the owner was and the receptionist refused to tell me. Very unhappy.

I visited Relaxation Oasis for my first time and was unfortunately not impressed with the overall experience. When I first walked in, I was greeted by a very kind receptionist who showed me to my massage room but from that point on the customer service was low. There was only one small towel to cover with on the table (unlike sheets and a blanket that most places offer), the masseuse did not speak enough English to understand I wanted to be covered as it was cold, I was not asked what I wanted the massage to focus on or what my pain points were, and throughout the session it felt rushed and without care. After getting recommended to try this facility, I am disappointed.

I am someone who suffers from a lot of back problems and spend most days in pain. Massages are rarely relaxing for me because they're "work" on getting all of the knots out of my back. Cici did a fantastic job on getting most of my knots out of my back and neck. The range of motion I experienced vastly increased after my massage. I am excited to come back again.

I've frequented Relaxation Oasis for some time now, and have never had a bad experience. I've tried a couple of different therapists and though I like them all, I find Annie to be phenomenal. The experience is never rushed, always thorough and very relaxing. Some of the bad reviews I read on here seem unbelievable. I will add, there is truth to the fact that there's a language barrier, but, that's actually a plus in my book, I don't prefer a lot of talking when I'm trying to focus on stress relief. I also must mention, I've been to several salons, spas, and massage parlor's and the prices here can't be beat.

The most interesting spa experience I have had... there was definitely a language barrier between my masseuse and I, as she only said hello coming in and then "ok done" before promptly walking out of the room. She used really hard pressure, which I needed to get the knots out of my back, but was hoping for a more relaxing massage and she never asked me what kind of pressure I wanted or if it was okay, so someone who would want a lighter pressure would not be comfortable. I was even cringing for half of the massage hoping she would go easier. She also was not very professional in terms of the towel, as I was exposed multiple times without warning, again with no communication, and she just lifted the towel up a few times to adjust it leaving me exposed on the table, which I was uncomfortable with. There should have been voice cues like "I am going to bring the towel down your back", etc (which is what all my masseuses have done in the past) so I could expect that I would be without one. The whole massage felt hurried like she was trying to get it over with, and at the end just lifted my legs up on the table and dropped them a few times as an end to the massage, which I have never experienced before. Definitely not a relaxing experience. I also went online to try to find my therapist on their site and could not... the one girl it possibly could have been is listed as being "fluent in English", and that is the farthest thing from the truth, which makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and wonder if my therapist was licensed. Overall the front desk workers were lovely, the facilities were clean, and it was a good price, but my specific masseuse ruined the experience. I left being very confused and laughing kind of in shock about how my massage went... I do not think I will return for that reason, but I'm sure having a different therapist would have made this a 5-star review.

Another wonderful massage by Pam. I can go in with a specific pain and she knows exactly what to do. I love the heated bean bags she uses to loosen up tight muscles and her method is very unlike that of her Chinese cohorts. Pam is well versed on muscle groups and the anatomy. After my rotator cuff surgery she was able to help me immensely with the recovery process because she knew what she was doing. Pam is a must go to as a massage therapist. As for the other ladies that work there, they too do a fine job but it is a more traditional Chinese method. To comment on the bad experiences I have read on here, the gentleman who was miffed that someone was laughing probably misread them. One they don't speak English very well although you can communicate with them. Second, they probably thought he was cute and by showing that they giggled. As for the other guy who said Pam was berating someone, I have seen these ladies for 5 years or so and have never encountered any kind of catiness. And I highly doubt they would say anything about a bad tip. However, I would say that if someone did tip poorly then it would be best they not go back because quite frankly your not worth it. The only problem I have with praising Pam is the potential that she will be so busy it will be even harder to see her. As it is I have to call a day or 2 ahead in order to reserve her time. Don't think you can just walk in and get her. But if you do walk in you will get someone else who is awesome like Mimi, Nicole, Angela, or Anna

Wasn't sure we were in the right place at first because the building doesn't say anything about massages, but once we walked in we were greeted warmly. The staff was soooo friendly and accommodating! My husband and I did a couples massage. We both like really deep pressure and our massage therapists did great! We really enjoyed this place! We will definitely go back. We also liked that they were all females as I would not want a male for myself and my husband also does not like having a male as another man rubbing him makes him uncomfortable lol. Give this place a try! Definitely not a ritzy upscale spa, but it has friendly staff and a great massage at an affordable price!

I booked a couples massage for my birthday and was a little disappointed by the experience. After letting the manager know, I was contacted on Facebook by the owner and was offered a complimentary massage and float session. The second visit was great, and they made sure to ask exactly what kind of massage I wanted and what areas to focus on. The masseuse was great and the stretching add-on left me feeling refreshed! Happy that this business took the time to make things right. Not all do. I would definitely go back!

This place is RIDICULOUS!! I just got a lipo fat transfer and I inquired about a lymphatic drainage massage which they said they did. I was scheduled for a 1 hr masage with MANDY. Mind you she completely disregarded the fact that I JUST HAD A SURGERY, She was very rough, has horrible English, and kept burping during my session. After my horrible painful massage, she demanded a tip n tried to snatch money out of my purse and I lost it... I will NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE HERE NOR WILL I EVER COME BACK HORRIBLE ALL ACROSS THE BOARD

If there was a zero star I would use it. I now know what the most disgusting thing in the world is, a massage therapist who smokes. First, I asked for a traditional Chinese massage, when I got there my massage therapist said she did not know how, I should have asked for Mimi. Next, she slaps me in the back, I told her to stop slapping me and she did not get the message after the third slap I was more firm. Then while on the table trying to endure the worse massage ever, I began to get sick to my stomach, something smelled really bad. I asked her if she smoked, and she said yes but had not had a cigarette for awhile. I immediately got off the table and told her I was done. Folks, she stank like an old ash tray. Is this any way to relax? Even without the putrid odor emitting from her body and mouth the massage was horrid. There is nothing I can say to recommend this place, stay away. Follow-up to my review above, it has been 7 months and the owner is still in need a trying to make amends. I applaud her her tenacity and desire to satisfy me. She has gone out of her way to make this situation better. I have not agreed to a free message, she has offered, and that is my choice, so I cannot say if another therapist is better.

We came for a 2 hour couple massage and left completely renewed. Cici and Mimi went above and beyond to address our areas of concern. We were treated with the utmost respect by our therapists, and all the staff, with the addition of being professional and kind. The facilities were clean, refreshing, and relaxing. The beds were heated and comforting. By far the best massages we have ever received. We will definitely be back and I plan to give gift cards as gifts to my family so they can experience it too!

I originally had a negative experience at the Relaxation Oasis over a year ago. I wrote a negative review about it on here, which I decided to remove because the owner contacted me to try to make it right. I did not take the owner up on her offer, but I really do appreciate that she has been trying to get in touch with me for over a year to alleviate my experience. Although I still stand by my rating of this business based on my experience, it is clear to me that the owner of this business works hard to remedy customer concerns, and I do not want my negative review to permanently tarnish a business that cares about customer satisfaction enough to spend a year trying to get in touch with a disgruntled customer.

I have been getting massages for years at different places. Some chains, some independent. My massage was beyond words amazing. I like deep tissue and can never find anyone male or female that is able to do this for me. My massage and experience was amazing. Perfect deep tissue and all over. She even focused on my trouble areas which I never get. This establishment is clean, polite, efficient and just wonderful. Worth every penny and then some!! I researched all kinds of places for a reasonably priced office and I hit the jackpot. I encourage everyone to come to them and ditch the chains. I was able to get the best massage I've ever had in over 7 years, have the oil I like and hot stone for a very reasonable price. She was worth every penny!!!!
