During visits this week for cut, highlights, pedicure, facial and waxings everyone was quite sweet and completely competent, but operations sermed slightly disorganized ovetall, and the spa's waiting room is tiny, easily crowded.

This review is on behalf of my wife. My wife has an autoimmune disease, I wanted to do something nice for her so I booked her a hair and makeup appointment because I thought that would make her feel good about herself. The girls there were very rude to her, she could hear them talking about her while she was STILL there. Besides that, her hair and makeup she got done just looked like everyday makeup and hair. I am beyond disappointed with rejuvenation spa and will never recommend them to a friend or use their services again. Try Tilia Spa down the road.

I got married on 8-19-17 and had Rejuvenation Spa do my makeup as well as the moms’ and bridesmaids’. I can’t say enough about it – everyone looked absolutely stunning. The spa was within my price point but there’s no sacrifice on product – in fact after my trial, I went for a long hike and out to a sweaty barbeque and the makeup didn’t move, though it came off easily that night with soap and water. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and talented – I can recommend Amanda in particular who was very patient with my specific requests. Brides, look no further!

I went to this spa to get a massage for my birthday. Terrible experience. I've had several massages before. So, the experience was not new. However, I have never been to a spa where the relaxation room doubles as the employee lounge and stockroom. When I got there, it was the normal setup. They brought you to the relaxation area, gave you some robes to change into, and told you they would be back in about 10 minutes. However, after I got changed into my robe I was surprised to find about 5 people sitting in the changing room gabbing very loudly. They weren't even there to get massages....and I have no idea why they even were there. Then, the employees basically left both doors to the relaxation area open to the store and there was a continuous stream of employees walking in and out. Not to mention that the cash registers are right next to one of the doors. So, every customer is peering in at you while your sitting there in your robe. My massage was supposed to begin at 10:15, but by 10:30 no one had come to get me. I had been sitting in a robe for about 25 minutes and had at least 15 different customers gape at me wondering why I was in a robe. Throw in the four rude girls just sitting in the relaxation area gabbing with shrill voices, once again what they were doing there I don't know, and I was anything but relaxed. At this point I jumped up, put my clothes back on and walked out. Some of you are probably thinking I'm overreacting. Maybe at this point you are probably wondering if I am a prude. Well, not really. I'm quite comfortable with my shirt off at the beach, but sitting in a bath robe in what feels like the Cafe Court of the West Towne Mall I am not. The spa's I have gone too are much more private. The only other person that is ever allowed in the room with you is the masseuse or my wife because we are getting a couple's massage. I will never return to this zoo. However, I have had enjoyable massages at Bliss Flow Yoga. I recommend you try there.

This is the only salon I'll go to for a pedicure and wax! They are excellent, professional, relaxing and the Aveda tea and chocolate they provide are delicious. A family member of mine is diabetic and this is the only salon she trusts to get a pedicure from because they keep their equipment and foot bath very clean so she doesn't need to worry about getting an infection. This is my boyfriend's go to for gift cards for me because he knows I love it so much :D

Rejuvination Spa is the best! I am always greeted warmly and the service(s) they provide are always top notch. Jenna is awesome on hair, Kristen and Caroline are awesome massage therapists! It is an inviting, comfortable and wonderful atmosphere! Not to mention, they do their BEST to fit me in at the last minute, if I need it! They are great!

Today I had a trrriable experience of facial with an asthetician named Mandy. I always get dual exfoliation facial at this place for years. This was the first time I was getting the service done from her. She was disgraceful during an-entire facial service and started misbehaving in the middle of the service. She did not do a good scrubbing and left all the grains on my face and mouth. When I asked her to clean my face as I feel grains of scrub all over my face and mouth while she was applying the hydrating mask, she said that’s the best she can do and left me in the room by saying she can’t do it. She used same gloves on my face which she used on my foot

My girls updos were great , their first ones for their gp anniversary! Very close to the fam home. Called ahead and specifically asked for updos,was told that it was in the range of 36 per child. They were running late but both stylists were nice especially Corey all sugar! The only reason I gave 4 not 5 stars was when I was Paying (before I left for my makeover) they tried to collect over 130 double of what I was quoted! I was not happy and then they listed the reasons. One of them was they were scheduled for a style (not an updo) . another was the older one had a master stylist, isn't that info they should share with me before she touches her hair? I don't even know what a style is, I go to cost cutters for them.I do not think any of the females at the front were over 25 and trying to explain to a tired mom of 3 on a deadline was fruitless. I had no alternative , the family had pics to take at the event and their hair had already been curled. I was perturbed and they knew it. They scaled back the price but I shouldn't have gone thru this . A simple wAy to prevent this from happening in the future is to 1 give a range rather than a number (then we're not shocked) 2 be upfront , if u don't have the time , tell the client to go the website which I never did and do not plan on doing ( perhaps put details of all the extra charges) 3 perhaps have the manager confirm all new appts especially special ones ( 2 young girls with updos perhaps? ) I was called to confirm the day before, wud have been a perfect time.

I've been going to Rejuvenation Spa for my hair cuts for over four years, and I am always happy with the service I receive. I've been going to see Lizzie the entire time I've been going there, and she is wonderful! She listens and offers suggestions that are inline with what kind of hair you have, your current style, and your personality. She's chatty, but not annoyingly so--I enjoy talking with her, and she remembers stuff I've told her in the past. I always love the way my hair turns out, whether we've just done a trim or colored it and styled it. She really knows what she's doing, and I imagine the other stylists are the same. I never feel pressure to upgrade services or buy products or book out another appointment. They also allow booking online, which is super convenient. Excellent experiences!

Nice people, beautiful salon, bad haircut. I walked into the salon with long hair and requested a long shag/bob around the collar bone and ended up with chin-length hair. I came prepared, showed the stylist 3-4 pictures of the style I wanted (and requested a Level 4 or above stylist so that I could trust I was in good hands). Although the pictures showed different lengths of the cut, we both agreed that we'd try the longer version of the style. Long story short, I expected to lose about 3-4 inches of hair and lost almost 8 inches. I haven't had hair this short for a long time and wasn't expecting a haircut not only this short, but this unbalanced, so that my hair is poofy at the bottom and flat on the top. When I came home from the salon, my husband could see I was upset. I showed him the pictures of the styles I had showed the stylist and he said, "Yeah, your hair is way shorter. Not even close to these pictures." He encouraged me to call the salon, saying that I shouldn't have to pay 60 dollars for a bad haircut. I called the manager and even though she listened, said that there was nothing that they could do since my hair was already too short, and offered a 20% discount on my next appointment or a free mani or pedi. Now I have to either invest at least another 30 plus dollars getting my hair fixed somewhere else or wait another year for my hair to grow out to the length I wanted it to be.

I love coming here even when it's for not so pleasant things like waxing. I love the mani's and pedi's when I get them. I have yet to get a bad haircut from anyone yet including the Level 1's. I mostly visit for waxing. I can not say enough good things about Rose! I have been going to her for my waxing needs for over a year now and I love her. She is great at what she does. She makes what could be a very uncomfortable situation seem like it's an everyday thing (I guess for her it is). I always leave this place feeling much better whether I get hair cut or hair waxed!!

This was my first time at the Rejuvenation Spa, and I went for a haircut. The place was very clean, smelled nice, had lots of Aveda products, and the staff was very friendly. My hair dresser cut my hair exactly the way I requested, and used some products that worked very well on my hair. I will go here again next time I need another haircut.

The spa is lovely and calming, the chakra info was interesting, the observations she made were helpful and the overall experience exceeded my expectations! I had a bad experience here once where they over processed my hair by making me sit around with color while they tended to another customer for over an hour! I didn’t get out of there until I had been there 4 hours! This, after a long day of work. I could forgive them for this, but when I emailed them on two separate occasions to tell them about my bad experience, they NEVER wrote back! No apology, no nothing! I could never get away with such poor customer service in my own job. I started going somewhere else (Anaala) to get my hair done. I’ve had much better experiences at Anaala.

Did not feel like pampering. I booked the manicure pedicure room for a bridal party. Bride and I were to start at 10:30. While sitting in the waiting area, s/o came out to get me only....not the bride. It was awkward. I asked if she could go first, since she is the bride and on a timeline (had to be out by 12:30 to get to the next thing). I asked if we could all go in the room together.....that was also poorly navigated by service person and it went down hill from there. Bride waited and waiting to get started with . a manicure at about 11, even though I booked 10:30. Started late and she had to run out with barely dry toe nails. I had to ask if the third person in our party could sit and soak her feet while she waited (it did not dawn on either of the two service providers to invite her to so). When we expressed our concern, we were offered a mere 20% off the brides service. It was the opposite of relaxing. I will not be back.

Great place for hair-- which I'd give a 5/5 ; the spa and nail services are becoming mediocre at best however. They are always running late and it is very frustrating; survives usually begin 15 minutes after appointment time which is very frustrating. Also recommend going elsewhere for nails; there are many better nail salons in Madison with more skill. Nice staff so no issues there

Caroline, the massage therapist, is one of the BEST in Madison. That's why I've endured the unprofessional, SMUG look and customer service on ONE of the OWNER'S faces. 8+ years is enough! Mandy is/was confrontational when I told her the facial she performed was the worst I'd experienced. It was rushed and not relaxing at all. Management did credit my account. After another year of continuing to solicit the spa because of Caroline being so amazing, I am fed up with supporting any business that doesn't treat ALL customers with appreciation. Also, at least 2 of the former greeting staff left because of the ownership. I noticed in the reviews that management seems to only respond to negative reviews with concern when a name appears to be Anglo (White). Do better! You're in the business of touching people and providing them with services and products to make them look and feel better. It's a shame that you ultimately undervalue your staff by having such poor owner/management customer relations. I hope Caroline, Megan and the other wonderful ladies find a salon that values their clients.

I enjoy visiting Rejuvination Spa and Salon and use it mostly for hair cut and styling. They are an all Aveda Salon, and the stylists are all very knowledgable on the products. I have very thick and coarse hair, and my hair gets crispy fast if I'm not careful with styling, or am using the wrong products. I give Megan at Rejuvination total credit for helping me find a routine that works. After you check in they offer you chocolate and a beverage, and do have q high end espresso machine to craft you a delicious coffee if you like. The spa side of the salon I find a little small. I have had a few massage services and had one okay and one poor experience. The poor experience was related to the terse nature of the employee, and I felt because of our initial interaction she was kind of hard on my body. In general you can get an appointment within 24 hours, they run on time, good service, and knowledgable staff on the salon side of business.

I go to Michelle for facials, and also get pedicures here. I LOVE both. I agree that the relaxation room is really a pass through, not relaxing at all. I don't go early..... and I go elsewhere to enjoy relaxation prior to treatments. ;)

The first time I had an appointment with Jeanna, I felt like I was giving her the challenge of the year. I have good hair, but I swim a lot and want to spend zero time styling it. Air dry. Done. She did it. She listened to everything I wanted in a cut--length, no styling, air dry, look good--and she did it. In spades. Amazing. If I want to go for a little more fancy and pull out the blow dryer, that's an option as well. I also like that Rejuvenation has a website that is easy to navigate and supports making appointments on-line.

I scheduled my husbands hair and beard trim here for our wedding (we even did a trial beard trim). They did not have shears for his cut, only scissors, which did not create the fade he can usually get at sport clips for $20. I was also disappointed his beard trim was not done by the same person who did his trial... that's the point of the trial.

I had an absolutely awful experiece at this salon and will never return to it. A month prior to scheduling an appointment, I came in, showed a photo of an updo that I would need to do, and asked if there is anyone at the salon capable of doing a fishtail braid. The front desk lady recommended a girl with which I scheduled an appointment. I was getting an updo for an event that would take place a couple of hours after the updo. I came in and the girl had no idea how to do the fishtail braid, she re-did it at least 5 times and kept asking others how to do it. After a while, I started to get nervous and rightfully so because I came in a MONTH prior to the appointment and specifically requested someone who is able to do a fishtail braid. She ended up braiding half of my hair with a regular braid and the rest a crooked, semi-fishtail braid that looked awful and everyhing fell apart within an hour. I paid a lot of money for nothing and my hair ended up looking awful at the event for which we hired a professional photographer. I think that it is absolutely unacceptable to promise a customer expert services and treat them like a lab rat on which experiences are conducted when they come in and expect the service they requested. I woulf not recommend this place to anyone.
